Quick, and, at times, amusing little book of quotes and anecdotes, albeit most seeming apocryphal. Most of the stories come from secondary sources of mixed to midling repute. It could be very useful to a writer looking to add levity to their manuscript, provided they are willing to spend an afternoon chasing footnotes to find the primary source where a supposed story originated.
