Paprastai parašyta, kartais netgi per glaustai. Vietomis norėtųsi išsiplėtimo. Ir kaip kažkas jau minėjo - ir daugiau istorijų apie jūrininkus ir piratus :) atrodo kaip niša, turinti susidomėjimą tarp civilių.

Pradžia sudomina, bet vėliau norėjosi tiesiog istorijos apie laivybą, piratus, kasdienybę, o nebe lyderystę. Tokios knygos tikrai laukčiau.

Many thanks to my amazing mom for gifting this book to me.

A leadership manual that communicates complex ideas in a comprehensible way.
I was more than happy to deepen my knowledge about the British "Serve to Lead" school of thought, German (Auftragstaktik) mission-type tactics as well as learning about the Finnish (Syväjohtaminen) deep management model.

The book includes instructions for new, experienced, and very experienced leaders and gives a pathway for the first 7 weeks, 6 months, and 3 years in your new role.

It also covers motivation and self-motivation, listening, horizontal and vertical communication, 360 feedback, vision-mission-initiative and many more things required to measure not only the hard results of the team, but also the soft results, such as emotional well-being and wanting to come to work the next day.

In the words of Simon Sinek "Leadership is not about being in charge. Leadership is about taking care of those in your charge".
