Although this book is written by several authors who have experience in the world of holistic healing, I feel like even individuals who don’t follow those methods of healing could get something beneficial and uplifting from the stories shared through the 25 chapters and authors. I found myself at several points throughout the book lost in thought as to how my own generations of family and ancestors have affected how my life is currently led, and loved so many of the tools shared in the book to think on those further for the sake of living a more full, beautiful life and setting up such for future generations. I so appreciated all of the stories shared in this book, and the chance it gave me to have some introspection and mindfulness each day as I felt my own stories connect with those of the authors.

Fabulous anthology of 25 authors who have brought forth their stories, their online tools for you to use to connect to your own ancestral lineage.

From adoption, to Autism, to Native American and Hawaiian spirituality and ancestral aspects, this book gives you every opportunity to look at your ancestors and how they show up in your life in all new ways. Brief chapters with effective tools and engaging authors - what a read!!! Can't wait to share with my friends and especially those who are dealing with adopted children who feel they don't know their ancestors. This gives a whole new spin on the adoption experience.

You can even learn how to plant a family tree (live!) - what an awesome summer activity for your family, seeking something unique and inspiring to do during COVid.

I loved this book. As one who feels very connected to my ancestors and frequently invite my ancestors into my daily meditations, I really enjoyed the variety of meditations to heal ancestral baggage and trauma. I found the meditations powerful to clear ancestral energies and memories that have been unknowingly passed down through the generations.

I highly recommend this book. I initially bought the e-book version, but I liked it so well and found myself highlighting so much of the book that I also bought a paperback version so that I can easily access the meditations for future reference.

This book is revelatory in its coverage of the 25 energy practitioners and their methods that focus on the healing of our ancestral "energetic baggage". I came away with minimal interest in actually pursuing any of the methods, but it is all interesting learning. And maybe its just not the right time for me and I will resonate with one or two of the methods at a later time. There is a second book in this series which I will continue to read.

Many authors (and readers) have a special energetic bond with co-author Noah Smith who is nonspeaking with autism. This book started a new chapter for us in communication and healing. I am learning through each authors’ tools in each chapter.
