Surrender to Me

Rate this book
Arabella Adams was the one woman I would have laid my life down for, no matter the circumstance, because that’s what you would do for your soulmate. But when she broke up with me our senior year of college—for no reason or explanation at all—my world as I knew it fell completely apart. My heart was instantly ripped from my chest…and it was a pain I felt in my very soul, and one I never truly recovered from.

Now, here I am, ten years later, and I’ve finally learned the real reason Bella pushed me away. So, I must prove to her that anything that happened in her past—our past—doesn’t change the way I feel about her. After all, soulmates never stop loving each other, and even a decade later, I will make her see that I will protect her until the day I die.

Because you see, we promised one another we wouldn’t keep secrets, wouldn’t hide parts of ourselves that the other wouldn’t understand. Except, well, I lied. Because the moment I find the person who took Bella from me all those years ago, I’m going to make him pay for every lost moment of the past ten years, and nothing—not even the fact I’m a cop—will stop me from inflicting the same level of pain on him that Arabella and me endured all this time.

Note to readers: Arabella endures trauma no woman should have to suffer. Respectfully, the author invites you to emotionally and mentally prepare before experiencing this book on your own terms, should you choose to do so.

Surrender to Me is book four in the Boggy Creek Valley series and can be read as a stand alone. For a better reading experience, I suggest reading them in order.

Hero and heroine have been separated for 10 years, she broke it off after they had planned a future together.
During separation, heroine has practically become a recluse, not moved on or dated.
Hero has had a few flings and tried one serious relationship with a woman who the heroine is friends with.
It's a bit weird. They discuss relationships and her reasons for the breakup even though they have both been intimate with the same guy and he is still in both their lives.
No intimate scenes of the Hero with anyone but the heroine.

The reason for the breakup was the heroine was raped. There are some details of the rape.

🙄🙄🙄 i hate when authors use sexual assault to keep the heroine celibate and the hero gets to move on. Its the most egregious plot device romance authors use to explain celibacy, and it needs to stop.

I had to get my heart ready for Surrender to Me since I knew it might get a bit wounded as the story of Arabella Adams and Hunter Turner was finally told. There have been many teases throughout this series about the seemingly quiet Bella and what she apparently suffered 10 years prior. She loved Hunter with everything she had and then suddenly ended things without an explanation given. I had my own theories about the trauma she seemed to have experienced and although I was proven right as were many of Bella's close friends, it still hurt to watch as she finally breaks down and gives her truth to Hunter and those who love her.

I was happy to find, however, that the love that Bella and Hunter shared and still share is the shining light in all the dark that once consumed this apiarist. Her man is such a good guy, never giving up on her and taking the chance to be what she will need now and forever if given the chance. And when that window of opportunity opens up, Hunter doesn't hold back in expressing his feelings for the woman whom he has adored for as long as they've known each other and his understanding that he has to take his time with Bella no matter how long it may take made me swoon like a fool.

And perhaps for me, that is one caveat I have with this story. The time it took for Bella to eventually open up to a professional and then realize she wanted Hunter completely in and out of the bedroom seemed a bit rushed. Perhaps I just wanted that surrender to be a bit more delicate. And I appreciate that Bella needed to talk her issues out but to then give herself so freely when it had held her back for 10 years just seemed too incredible, fiction or not.

Now, I give Kelly Elliott a ton of credit for exploring this tender subject, offering a glimpse she may have had experienced the same kind of event once upon a time. Therefore, I will defer to her knowledge and research that the way Bella bounced back was credible. And the fact that she and Hunter were made for each other and deserved to make up for lost time, yeah, I could see how Bella could find truly herself again so surprisingly easy.

The supporting cast of characters that have or will get their stories told, is forever the glue and shoulders to lean on throughout this book. I have fallen in love with each and every one of them and the sense of family whether or not by blood is beyond enviable. Combined with the love that Hunter has for his Bella, omg to say he is sigh-worthy is an understatement.

Plenty occurs in this well-written and engaging story and overall it was the one I wanted and am thrilled to have gotten to read it. This Boggy Creek Valley series has become a true favorite of mine, each love story unique and addictive. Getting to catch up with this close group of friends and family is always a highlight with each new book. And with Bree's hopeful journey to some semblance of happiness next, I can just say that I'm fully entrenched in these characters and all matters of their hearts.

4 huge stars!

Another sweet and emotional visit to Boggy Creek. And Surrender to Me is perhaps the most emotionally affecting yet. Surrender to Me gives us the long awaited story of Bella and Hunter- one whose complications and heartbreak has been alluded to in prior stories. As Kelly states in the intro to this story, Bella suffered a life changing a decade prior, and Kelly gives us a beautiful and heartfelt second chance love story full of healing and hope.

After years of her silence, Bella finally lets Hunter into the pain in her heart, giving him the truth about what broke them and both of their hearts. And while this story certainly touches on dark and heartbreaking themes, the love story itself is so sweet and tender. Hunter’s swoony devotion, kindness, empathy and compassion are just the dreamiest- he’s the man Bella deserves- the man we all deserve. He’s emotionally available, patient, and just do darn loving. And Bella is just so lovable- she’s courageous, brave, resilient, and so sweet. My heart hurts for her for all she’s suffered- not only her past pain but the ways in which it’s hurt her over and over again, how it impacted her life. She deserves her happiness, and with Hunter she finds it. And together they are so sweet- how openly they communicate (especially after years of not communicating honestly). They are made for each other and their love is so pure and endearing.

Like I mentioned before, there are heavier topics, and Kelly speaks to them with tenderness and gentleness. After ten years of repression, I was surprised to see how quickly Bella recovers once she opens up does feet a bit fast when compared to the years of her hurting, but I also know that everyone’s journey is different, and it seems that a huge part of her healing was in her being able to trust those she loves to love her and be there for her in all the right ways- and that they do. Not just Hunter but many of the Boggy characters of books past and future. The Boggy family always sparkles so brightly

I have just fallen so in love with the Boggy Creek Valley world and the charming and lovingly flawed characters within it. Whenever I open a book in this world, I know I’ll be charmed and enchanted by their unique and meaningful love stories. Surrender to Me is a truly memorable and special one- trust, love, healing, there’s nothing more beautiful.

Surrender to Me, which is Arabella and Hunter’s story, has been my most anticipated read for this entire series. I knew it would be a rough one to read and it was, but it was also beautiful. The tough topics of what Arabella experienced were handled with grace. I spent so much of this book in tears, but every single tear was worth it.

Bella and Hunter were high school sweethearts, they had plans for the future together. Until one single moment in their senior year of college changed the course of their lives for the next ten years. There is so much love and chemistry between the two of them. Even a decade apart didn’t change that. There is still so much between them and nothing has changed as far as their connection goes.

Bella….my heart broke for her. But she is a survivor. She is a fighter. She experienced something no one ever should. She lost herself in that darkness and it changed who she was, but I loved that she also had a great support system (even if they didn’t know what happened) who was there for her and there to help her come back out of her shell. Hunter, I felt for him because his world was shattered and he didn’t even why. His love never changed for Bella though.

This story is absolutely beautiful and it was beautifully written. You can easily feel every single ounce of emotion in these characters.

If you’re looking for an emotional, small town, second chance romance this is one to read.

This is the 4th book in the Boggy Creek Valley series. This book we get to find out about Arabella and Hunter's love story.  Another emotional, impactful and steamy read!

Arabella and Hunter were high school sweethearts and planning on getting married. Then they both went to different colleges and something happened. Bella came home and quit school and broke up with Hunter. She never explained it to him, to her family, to anyone. She kept it to herself and kept her trauma hidden.

Ten years later after her friends were able to get past their relationship problems and she realized Hunter might still have feelings for her, she reaches out to him. To possibly rekindle what they once  had.

The journey of trying to communicate and open up about a trauma that she felt was shameful and her fault, was so real. This is exactly why women don't file reports. Being stripped of your autonomy and making you doubt all your actions and decisions after that. Making you feel dirty and like your partner will see you differently. Everyone processes differently from the victim, to the partner, the family and friends.

Even though Hunter tried to move on he always held hope that she would come back to him. But he never pushed her or pressured her. He just hoped she would open up to him. I adored these two and their journey back to eachother!

I can't wait for Brighton's book. She's such an awesome character and I am glad that Bella became friends with her even though Hunter and her had a brief past. So excited to meet Luke!

‼️This book is free on Kindle Unlimited right now!‼️

Oh, Kelly. You tore my heart out with this book. Thankfully, you mended it with that ending!!
If you've read this series from the beginning you know Hunter and Arabella have a past... 10 years to be exact. They were madly and wholly in love until the unthinkable happened to her. Now, If you're reading this review you know there's a trigger warning for this book. Kelly deals with a horrible topic in a beautiful way. She doesn't focus or linger on this event but instead focused on this sweet, special and lovable couple.

Im not going to lie: you will cry, there will be angry tears, there will be heartbreakingly sad tears, more angry tears, but above all happy, joyful tears.

Ps.. can March '22 get here now please???

Hunter and Arabella’s story finally! It was everything I could have hoped for! I think everyone who read the previous books in this series had an idea of what happened to Bella back in college to cause her to break up with Hunter so abruptly. But the way it’s finally presented here and the absolute heartbreak and despair from Bella, Hunter, and their friends was so well written! This book is how they finally overcome a horrible event individually and together. This group of friends and couples is so amazing and I absolutely love reading about them! I will be so sad when our days in Boggy Creek are done. But for now I am thoroughly enjoying my time here!

The Boggy Creek Series just keeps getting better and better.

Surrender to Me is the latest installment in the Boggy Creek Series and follows the story of Arabella and Hunter. Arabella and Hunter had the kind of relationship and connection that people could only hope to find. They were so sure of the love they shared for one another and had no idea that one simple twist of fate would turn their entire worlds upside down….

Surrender to Me is a beautiful and heartwarming second chance romance. It is the kind of story that will tug on your heartstrings and leave you feeling a buffet of emotions. Hunter is the kind of guy that every girl wishes for. He loves fiercely and hard. He’ll do anything to protect those who are important to him. And despite the odds and how hurt he was losing Arabella, he never gave up hope. That brings up to Arabella. Arabella has the biggest heart and just lights up the room when you’re around her. She too loves fiercely and loves hard. But when her life gets turned upside down, she finds herself in a neverending loop of pain and confusion. The last thing she wants to do is hurt the man she loves….

Surrender to Me is a truly beautiful story. I was swept up in Arabella and Hunter’s story instantly and couldn’t wait for them to find their way back to each other. Their story isn’t an easy one and deals with some tough subject matter. Author Kelly Elliott did an amazing job with this subject matter and made it very easy to connect with the characters.

Hunter and Arabella’s story is a beautiful love story that will make you swoon, rage, fall in love, and believe in second chances. Kelly Elliott fans, you won’t want to miss this heartwarming love story.

This was a nice healing book. It was emotional and a bit angsty (at least for the first couple of chapters). It was great to see how the heroine overcame her trauma with such supportive characters by her side. Didn't give four stars because the hero wasn't celibate during the time of separation (ig it was understandable but still). He had multiple flings, and once the hero and the heroine finally got to talk to each other after years, his flings randomly showed up. And they talk so formally with each other. The dialogue sounded kind of stiff, like they were talking in a formal manner, but overall it was a good read.

Shannan – ☆☆☆☆☆
SURRENDER TO ME is the fourth installment in the Boggy Creek Valley series. It can be read as a standalone but reads so much better if read in the order that the author intended. You really need past mentions in the rest of the series to get the full emotional impact of Hunter and Bella's story.

“This belongs to you, and if I have to wait an eternity for you to open up to me, then I'll wait. I just want you to trust me, to know that I'll never leave you. I need you to surrender to me Bella.”

Hunter and Bella were high school sweethearts with their future planned out in front of them. After college they would marry and start the family they had always dreamed of, until Bella came home announcing she had quit school in the last semester of her senior year. She was shutting out Hunter and breaking up with him, with no explanation.

After ten years, Hunter had tried to move on but couldn't. Bella was it for him and he was going to do whatever he had to do to make that happen. Bella was so broken and didn't know how to come back from what she experienced in college, it changed her in so many ways she didn't even recognize herself anymore. Could Hunter break down the walls she built around her heart and body? Was Bella willing to get the help she needed to be able to move on?

“I hate seeing you cry. But when you do, I want to be the one who wipes your tears away. I don't want to fight your fights, Bella. I never have. What I want to do is stand next to you and help you fight them.”

I could not wait for Hunter and Bella's story. Bella is so broken but working so hard to get back to the woman she once was. Hunter was the absolute gentleman she needed. It was an emotional read that had me trying to read through the tears.

I can't wait to see where Brighton's story goes next!!

⭐⭐⭐⭐ "I want to be the one who wipes your tears away. I don't want to fight your fights, Bella, I never have. What I want to do is stand next to you and help you fight them."

What You'll Find:
✔️Smalltown Romance
✔️Second Chance
✔️Sheriff Hero
✔️Emotion Packed
✔️Slow Burn
✔️Dual POV

Surrender To Me is another great addition to the Boggy Creek Valley Series. A heartfelt second chance romance, filled with plenty of emotion, that you won't want to put down.

Arabella and Hunter were soulmates destined for a great future together. Until Arabella breaks up with Hunter in their senior year of college. Everything changes. But the love Hunter has for Bella is not one of those things. And when he finds out why she broke up with him 10 years later, he's determined to show her that the past will not effect their future. That is, until he finds the person that took Bella away from him. Because he plans to deal them the same hurt that he and Bella experienced.

This was a enjoyable read. But it packs an emotional punch. Bella is haunted by a traumatic event from her past. But she has such strength and showed such growth. I really enjoyed seeing her work to overcome her past and grow out of her shell throughout this story. Hunter is such a cinnamon roll hero. He's just SO sweet (maybe a little too sweet for my personal tastes). Caring and thoughtful though. Patient and dependable. He wasn't afraid to communicate his feelings or show his emotions. And that one scene (you'll know) my gosh that was emotional. I felt that.

These two couldn't be more alike. And better suited for one another. Their second chance story is more of a slow burn but there is a good balance of steamy scenes too. You will route for their second chance. There is such a great cast of side characters, new and old, in this charming town. Including a fun K9 partner Jack. Overall I enjoyed it, and look forward to Brighton and Luke's story next!

Please see synopsis for the authors CW.

5 Star Review of Surrender To Me (Boggy Creek Valley #4) by Kelly Elliott
Having met both Arabella (Bella) and Hunter in previous books I knew that their story was going to be emotional but I had no idea that Kelly Elliott was going to rip my heart in two before she put it back together again.
Please be prepared this book covers subject matter that is confronting and may be a a trigger for some, so please take note before you start reading Surrender To Me.
This is the fourth and most heart breaking story as Bella and Hunter finally have, after so many years, their second chance at love. This was an emotional roller coaster of a read and one that ticked all the boxes for me even as my heart broke. There were so many emotions whilst reading this book and I think I went through them all right along with the characters, from sadness, anger, guilt, regret and so many more.

I fell hard and fast for Hunter and Bella and could feel their pain radiating off the pages. Bella walked away from the love of her life and in the process almost destroyed Hunter. Now they have another chance if only Bella can confront the past and the demons that have haunted her and finally give Hunter the truth that he not only deserves but has waited so long for.

When all is revealed, how will Hunter handle it? Will it bring Bella and Hunter together or rip them apart once and for all? This was a beautifully written story full of love and emotions with characters whose story you cannot help but become invested in.

Get ready for all the emotions! After getting to know both Arabella and Hunter in the previous books, I was very intrigued and excited to get their story after hints were dropped that something happened to Arabella and that neither of them were over each other. Arabella and Hunter were supposed to be together forever, planning their future at a young age, but at the end of their senior year of college something happens to Arabella where she drops out of school with only a few weeks to spare and breaks up with Hunter and essentially becomes a recluse. As the years go by, Arabella finally starts getting out more, while Hunter tries to get over her, even though it doesn’t work. And finally, as time goes on and Arabella gets out more, Hunter realizes that he can never get over her and that she wasn’t over him, and he decides to go after her once and for all. Arabella’s story is truly heartbreaking, and without getting into details, make sure you have tissues nearby because all the emotions happen while reading, but on the other side of things, Hunter is amazing and while he’s sacrificed so much for everyone else in his life, when he finds out what happened he uses everything in his power to make sure Arabella can live without worry any more. I loved this story, as well as all of Kelly’s other books, and I can’t wait to see what she comes out with next!

Another visit to Boggy Creek Valley and another great read. We met Arabella ( Bella) and Hunter in a previous book so I very excited to hear they were getting their own story from the first meeting you knew this was going to be a very emotional read but no one could prepare me for Surrender to Me, it literally tore me apart and put me back together again. This journey covers subject matters that may be triggers for some but it’s a well written, captivating journey that I was so glad to be on.
Bella and Hunter finally get their second chance but for this to work Bella needs to confront her past and Hunter needs to understand and help her move on. So do they get the HEA they both deserve, you are going to need to read the book to find that out.l.l.
The fourth book in the series turns out to be the most heartbreaking but that being said I fell for this couple big time, their journey captivated me, it drew me in and didn’t let me go. It’s a story of love, guilt, sadness and regret but throughout this wonderful read I found myself bonding with the characters and that’s what took this book to another level.

Get those tissues ready you might just need them. I'm not crying. Surrender to Me is everything you would want and more for Hunter and Arabella. You will learn the real heart aching reasons for Arabella and Hunters 10 year break up. Your heart will ache at times, and it will grow so full too. I love how gentle Hunter is with Arabella as they work on reconnecting. Arabella is finally ready to let the healing begin and have what all her friends have in life with their loves. You just want to hold Arabella through everything she faced and as she makes those leaps forward. Hunter will just own your heart as he finally gets the girl he has been waiting on for years. This is everything when it comes to Boggy Creek Valley. My heart is so full with this one even as the emotions grow so strong. You feel the love still between Hunter and Arabella so strong. This is my favorite second chance romance in the Boggy Creek Valley series yet. I cannot wait for more to come. I could not put this one down. You need to one click this one.

Oh my word this was so heartbreaking 😭 When I started reading this series, Arabella and Hunter was the story k wanted most and now it just broke my heart

Arabella and Hunter were sweethearts. They were going to do everything together. Then Arabella went to college and Hunter went to a different one. Everything was fine until Bella came home and quit College but she also broke up with Hunter, no explanation nothing.

Now it's 10years later and it seems like She is finally warming up to Hunter again. Spending time with him and just not avoiding him. But she hasn't told him her darkest secret and she has no idea what he will do when he finds out why she broke up with him😔

This story really was so emotional and heartbreaking and so much more. I loved that Bella and Hunter finally started spending time together but I knew something was coming. And when it blew up poor Hunter and poor Bella. I loved these two together. You just knew they belonged to each other. Everything about this story just makes you believe in fate and happily ever after. Loved it🥰

Arabella and Hunter fell in love when they were teenagers and were planning the future that they both wanted until a devastating event not only had Arabella leaving college but ending her relationship with Hunter as well. The event changed who she was but during the last decade she has slowly began to live her life again, but she knows that if she is going to heal completely it means telling Hunter and the other people she loves the secret she has been harboring.

Hunter was devastated when Arabella ended their relationship and all he is left with is questions and heartbreak. He has never been able to move past his love for Arabella so when he finally has an opportunity to be part of her life again he will treasure every moment and ensure that nothing comes between them again.

Arabella and Hunter are soulmates who proved that time nor distance could destroy the enduring love they shared. Seeing the evolution of Arabella’s character and way they fought to find their way back together will reinforce your belief in happy ever afters.

4.5-stars.

I have loved reading the Boggy Creek Valley series since the first book. And since the first book, I have been waiting for Bella and Hunter’s story. And let me tell you, Kelly Elliot did not disappoint. Surrender to Me was an emotional and heartbreaking second chance romance. It hit me in the feels and never let go. Years ago, Bella walked away from Hunter and he never knew why. They were soulmates and had their future planned when the unthinkable happens.

Bella gave up on life and seemed to be on pause. She had great friends but what happened to her changed everything. Hunter was amazing. He was caring, patient and protective. He never stopped loving Bella and he was ready to stand beside her in any way she needed. Their story was slow burning and touching. I loved the characters so much and cannot wait to read more in the series.

Happy reading!

This is the is book four in the Boggy Creek Valley series and can be read as a stand alone. Talk about emotional, this book will trigger lots of feelings and emotions. Love lost and love found. Grab some Kleenex because you'll definitely need them. This is Bella and Hunter's story and if you've read any of the previous books in the series you'll recognize them. They were joined at the hip until something happened to her and she disappeared from his life and he was heartbroken. Years later fate brings them together and they have a second chance at love. Beautifully written, this is one book you don't want to miss. I read an arc copy via Grey's Promotions and voluntarily chose to review it.

Surrender to Me was one emotional read. Kelly really got to me with this story. I felt so bad for Arabella but was glad Hunter was there for her. I had a feeling of what happened to her and I was right. But that didn’t make it any easier to read. This story was heartbreaking at times but then Kelly put my heart back together. I also felt bad for all the years Bella and Hunter missed but I was glad they reconnected.

Kelly handles the sensitive topics of this book with grace and tenderness. The writing was amazing as always. And I love the setting of Boggy Creek and seeing characters from the previous books.

Tragic but beautiful

From the very first chapter I could tell where this story was headed. Still, it was hard to read what Arabella had gone through. Hunter and Bella had planned to be together forever until one day, out of the blue, Bella broke up with Hunter with no explanation. She shut herself off from the world and there wasn't anything anyone could do. Ten years later, Hunter is still in love with Bella and still just as hurt about the breakup. When she agrees to have coffee with him, he is hoping that it's a turning point in their relationship. She slowly lets him in but he doesn't realize the pain and suffering she has gone through. When he finally learns why she broke up with him, he was devastated. However, his love slowly starts the healing process for Bella. The subject matter is a hard one to depict correctly and I think the author did a good job in capturing the emotions that a person goes through. I'm looking forward to reading the other books in this series.

Surrender to Me is the long-awaited story of high school sweethearts Arabella and Hunter. It was everything I had hoped for and more because, in my humble opinion, no one writes a reunion romance with as much depth of emotion as Kelly Elliott does.

You’re going to want an entire box of tissues for this one because oh my goodness, the emotions Kelly Elliott pulled out of me with Arabella and Hunter’s second chance romance. I would highly recommend reading the entire series in order, but to at least read the previous book (She’s the One) to see how their decade-long estrangement slowly came to an end. If you start off with Surrender to Me, I think you’ll feel like Hunter and Bella’s relationship went from zero to a hundred in no time flat. Which definitely wasn’t the case... Read More

I loved Arabella, Hunter & Jack’s story. I have to include Jack because he was a big part of this book & he stole my heart. I love that Kelly writes such amazing pet characters. They steal my heart every time.

I always knew Arabella’s past would be heartbreaking & it definitely was but it was also so well written. I loved how much Hunter loved Arabella & even though he wanted to move on, his heart couldn’t. These two were meant to be together & I loved their second chance romance. Plus that ending was so sweet. Looking forward to getting Kyle & Bree’s stories.

WARNING - you will need Kleenex and a bottle of wine to get through this book. Arabella and Hunter's story will rip your heart out, slowly mend it back together and in the end your heart will be stronger for it. This story is true tragedy combined with honest and heart wrenching emotion. Kelly Elliott proves once again that she never disappoints!! This book will stay with you long after the last page is read.

I love it, that’s why i rated it 5 stars. But it’s weird that Arabella & Bree are talking about relationship knowing they’re with the same guy! I know Hunter is into Bella, and he never really forgotten about her, but I don’t think he’ll never think about those times he’s with Bree. I MEAN, THEY’RE INTIMATE on more than one occasion! He even admitted to be serious with her. And Bella, I can’t believe she’s friends or BFF with Bree. They can be an acquaintance, but to be a close friend? Bella is not perfect, I doubt she’s not feeling awkward? I just wished that the author didn’t turned into that issue, the Hunter-Bree, knowing Hunter is for Bella, and they’re to live in Boggy Creek, in close proximity with the Ex. What’s the use?

I’ve wanted Bella and Hunter’s book since we first learned about them. And just wow. This book was a shot to the heart, but in the best way. I swooned, definitely cried, but found myself so so happy by the end. A love like the love these two share is in readable and absolutely amazing. These two are EVERYTHING! And I so enjoyed my trip back to Boggy Creek!

These covers are so deceptive because when I see them, I always pause because I initially think it is going to be a sweet romance or have fade to black steamy times. I'm wrong every dang time I think that because these books are very well done. The story is an interconnected one with fantastic friends that weave in and out of the story. The steamy times are balanced in the story ensuring that this is a contemporary romance and not just erotica.

This was a painful story to read. I sympathized with Arabella. I know, personally, how something like this affects a person and that everybody deals with it differently. I can't imagine holding on to that pain for 10 years. I liked how Hunter helped her see her worth and how beautiful their life would be if she just let love prevail.

I'm loving this group of friends. I'm looking forward to Brighton's story next.
