It’s difficult to write an objective review of a work by someone you know personally, who has fed you food and takes in person. But Marina’s book here is a nice substitute for those of us who too infrequently can get to Le Petit Cafe. She shares some of her recipes, some of her techniques, and a smattering of her personal history and life.
Recommended for its personality and briskness. A good table read.
