This book is an extra help for Emma Norris' guide. Personally, i havent read it.

Many times we try to do everything we can, to achieve all our "goals" forgetting ouserlves in the process. Here Emma gives us some tips, advices and exercises to do during our day, it could take some time but it is been invested in us.

Also want to thanks Edelweiss for the DCR and get the chance to read it.

Thank you to Edelweiss for this DRC. Very interesting authorial voice! Some good exercises, and some food for thought.
