Grayson Valins should have the world at his feet. Born to one of the wealthiest families in Seattle, Grayson was raised exactly as a Valins heir should be: sharp as a tack, witty, charming, and powerful.
He was the ideal son—until he presented as an Omega.
Now he's barely holding on to the threads of his father's empire, watching the vultures circling overhead. If he makes a mistake with the Felder and Sons merger and acquisition, it's game over.
If he doesn't get married, either... that's just as bad.
-
Zack Felder's in over his head. After the tragic death of his older brother, Zack has no choice but to put his music career on hold and head back home to handle the family's affairs. The family business is drowning, and Zack isn't sure what to do.
So, when the older and wildly attractive Grayson Valins offers him a deal—a fake marriage in exchange for saving his family's legacy—how could Zack ever deny that?
But what happens when emotions get tangled and a good business deal turns into something much more potent?
Omegas in Power is a stand-alone HEA 72,000 word novel with a buff, snarky omega businessman and a sensitive, passionate alpha musician. Warnings for mentions of off-screen child abuse and grief.
Grayson Valins was convinced he was an alpha until he presented as an omega and his future imploded. Now he’s ‘just’ the interim president of Valins Industries. Zack Felder is an alpha and a musician who had to give up everything after his brother died. He has to take care of the drowning family business.
Scent is what attracted them instantly. But there is no time to linger, there’s business to handle. Grayson offers him a fake marriage, he will save the Felder business and he himself will be the head of his family business, instead of his younger brother who soon could be presented as an alpha.
It doesn’t hurt that they are compatible in bed. Their opposite of all alpha omega
So this is the short and simple summary of the content, the larger and complicated one is about emotions and attraction, about hurt, family matters, sacrifices, loneliness, about status and expectations.
There are many inner conversations, thinking was something they both excelled in, for my pleasure sometimes a bit too much.
It was a somewhat melancholic story, beautifully. All the emotions were palpable and at times heartbreaking. The characters were nicely displayed, they are not a regular alpha and omega pair. Overall a wonderfully written narrative with a strong plot and a satisfying HEA!
I skimmed a lot of this book. A lot. There was always just the hint of something more that kept me going until the end instead of making this a DNF. There was so much potential in the plot and characters that just didn’t pan out. Something was always missing.

Omegas in Power is the first installment in the Omegas in Power series.
What I enjoyed the most about the novel is the dynamic which isn't often explored in this genre, which is quite evident with the title. While omegas still have to deal with the fallout of being treated as second-class citizens by those who wish to retain power over them, Grayson is an omega acting as interim president of a large corporation.
As the eldest, Grayson's mother passed while giving birth to his little brother, which put a stain on their relationship. Forever attempting to apologize for presenting as an omega, Grayson has the weight of the world upon his shoulders. His father recently passing, Grayson is struggling to remain in power, the terms of the will hamstringing him while maintaining the resentment he feels for his brother.
Zack is not only grieving the loss of his elder brother but also the loss of his family livelihood. With his brother's death, the business was put in jeopardy, allowing Grayson's company to swoop in and steal it. Away from the support system of his band, unsure what he wants to do with life, struggling to help his omega and alpha fathers, Zack is floundering.
A marriage of convenience turns into something more...
There was just something about Grayson and Zack, where they complemented each other perfectly, drawing the best out of one another, especially courage to go after what they want the most. Joining forces, along the way, they realize what they want and what they need are one in the same.
Sweet, smoldering, and engaging, I read Omegas in Power in a single sitting. The relationship and family dynamics creating an angsty, emotional, and sometimes warm and fuzzy escape.
OMEGAS IN POWER is the first book in the series of the same name, and we meet Grayson and Zack, an omega and alpha who don't look as they should, who don't act as they should, and have a whole host of problems down to something out of their control.
I loved how these two were, right from the start. Originally, I thought Grayson was going to be some hard-nosed businessman who was softened by Zack, but I quickly realised there was so much more to him than that. Finding out who they both were made this book exceptional. Yes, there is instant attraction, and yes, there is the instant proposal (which does make sense when you read it), but still, these two figure out just who they are and what they're doing. Add Lucian into the mix, and it's just the perfect mix for me.
With a great storyline, perfect pacing, a fantastic pair of main characters plus amazing supporting characters, this book really did tick all of my boxes. I thoroughly enjoyed every word and I can't wait to see what happens next. Absolutely recommended by me.

OMG! This is my first book from the author, but if her other books are the same, sign me up!
I enjoyed this story so much, it was hot and romantic with lovely characters. I love omegaverse books and I love it when omegas go into heat. Love the alpha/omega dynamic and loved that it wasn't stereotypical at all. It has a little angs it it, but no drama. I only can say good things about this book, it was really enjoyable.
All things got answered at the end and I was happy with how it ended. It was sweet but not syrupy at all. The perfect amount of romance and erotica.
Recommend this book and I'm more than happy that I had a chance to read it.
This was not at all what I was expecting especially with Sai fox being a new to me author!!!
It's been some time since: 1. I stayed up till 4am for the sake of finishing a book because I couldn't fathom putting it down to sleep and continue the next morning, 2. I read anything a/b/o with or without mpreg and/or knotting because the stories never really drew me in. Here though I wasn't just drawn in! I was sucked in and wasn't let go!
I was excited to see that the author chose to have an age gap of 10 years between the 2 MCs with the omega being the older one (and it wasn't the only pairing like that, Zach's parents had a 6 years difference with the omega parent being the older one) and even more so I was excited when the author choose to have a size difference between them as well with the omega MC being taller, broader and more muscular. Understandable since he was trained to be an Alpha till he presented as not one.
Grayson and Zach have quite the rocky start with Grayson being behind the M&A and acquisition of everything that belongs to Zach's family. Still Zach can't really resist Grayson's proposal of a fake marriage where both of them will get what they want. Grayson the control of his father's company that's in jeopardy because he is an Omega and Zach will get his family's legacy back.
What both of them don't know before they move forward with that is how deep the connection between them really is, how much they can understand each other and the tragedies that have befallen them, how much they complete each other in every way, being there for the other, a resting place to breathe and just be. But once they take that step and enter a marriage of convenience everything slowly but surely is revealed to them through the unwavering communication they have even at the worst of times, without anyone flying half cocked and misunderstands.
Really a beautiful story with so much depth! Do not miss out!
P.S.: HOT sex scenes are HAWWWT!!!

The blurb intrigued me, so I signed up for the tour to read and review this book. First, I enjoy books that take place in Washington state. Second, I loved the premise of a powerful man up against a poor man, I was in. Third, I had no idea what an “omega” was, and I wanted to know. Since I have read and reviewed a couple of titles already by Ms. Fox, I knew I was in good hands for this journey, because she’s an excellent writer.
Since I am new to omegaverse (I had to look it up—seriously, I’ve been hiding under a rock), I found this book an excellent introduction to a new romance sub-genre for me. Ms. Fox explained all the details about an omegaverse not through exposition, but through the story plotline. Well done, author.
As for the two main characters, they are two men you will root for. Grayson is the omega, and he’s fighting to hold on to his father’s legacy. He is given a wonderful character arc that I really enjoyed. Watching him grow as an individual was a pleasure.
Zach is the alpha and he’s got his own set of problems. Besides trying to save his father’s company from being swallowed whole by Grayson’s company, Zach is carrying a big heap of survivor’s guilt that makes a great character arc for him.
The plot is strong with believable internal and external conflicts. Even the villainous Hersh adds the right amount of flavour to the story. There’s even a sub-plot featuring Grayson’s younger brother.
The dialogue is spot-on. The setting is painted with the right amount of description without being overwhelming and instead allows a reader to use their imagination. The writing is fresh.
I highly recommend you give this novel a try. You won’t be disappointed. If you are new to omegaverse, this book is a perfect introduction to this sub-genre of romance.
I really enjoyed this story. Grayson has tried to live up to a role that he never should have tried and Zack feels like his world is falling apart. They both agree to a plan to help themselves but they got so much more than that. They got a person to listen and care for them but they became a family and found acceptance when they thought none existed. A lot happened in the last part of the book but I don’t think there was any other way for the events to play out. I loved being able to see them settled a few years down the road with the epilogue.
I received a copy of this book and am giving an honest review
Mpreg isn’t usually my thing, but this one hit the spot. I loved the switch up of Grayson looking the alpha but turning out to be omega. Zach was just as interesting in that he was smaller but still the alpha. Watching Zach grow into the protective mate that Gray needed was both endearing and satisfying. And hot! I think I enjoyed that almost as much as Gray did. The plot had just the right amount of stress and suspense. The bad guys was bad enough in the beginning and only got worse. It was great to see him get his comeuppance! Having Lucien be part of that was the perfect touch. Omegas In Power was quite well written, with characters that were fully realized and likable. I WILL be reading the rest of this series as the books come out!
I don’t read a lot of non-shifter mpreg books. But sometimes I’m in the mood for something different and this sounded really good. That’s an understatement. It was fantastic. The pacing is good the characters good. Grayson is no small pushover omega. He is large, smart, ruthless and everything an Alpha should be except... he goes into heat and can make baby’s... that he doesn’t want to do.
Zack is young, sensitive and small for an Alpha but when it comes to family he will put his life on the line.
So when Valins propositions him to save his family’s company and home he agrees to the well thought out plan. But was there something in the plan neither man saw coming?
Ok so this was loaded with great characters. I couldn’t get enough of Grayson or Zack and I hope to see more Lucien. The story was nail biting, interesting and I will admit to devouring over night.
Two of my favorite tropes are age gap and enemies to lovers plus there is business romance as well. This is a new to me author but I want more!
Grayson had prepared his whole life to be an Alpha his father could be proud of. When he presented as an omega his world crashed around him. Zack, an alpha trying desperately to save his legacy. Grayson and Zach, starting a marriage of convenience but each man gets so much more than he expected.
I enjoyed the give and take of their unusual courtship. By a strange twist of fate Grayson wasn’t an alpha even though he has a multitude of alpha characteristics. This made him a very interesting character. In the same way Zack, while a definite alpha, had omega characteristics that made his takeover of Grayson more palatable to him.
Good love story with wonderful characters.
Review Copy requested and reviewed on behalf of OMGReads.
I loved this story where Grayson the omega is the businessman and Zack the alpha is the musician. I like any alpha/omega story where the stereotypical characteristics are reversed and this author has done a superb job with that. The reason these two get together and arrange a fake marriage is completely believable and I loved all the scheming and machinations of the business plot. There is plenty of steam, but it never interferes with character or plot development it is very well integrated. Very much want to read the next entry in this series.
A gripping read with so much emotions. This is different from the usual a/b/o dynamics and it was really intriguing how those was portrayed. I felt such empathy for what people went through just because they were designated a role and had their rights stripped form them. I loved the sizzling chemistry and massive smackdown which was well derserved, I enjoyed the brothers trying to repair thir broken relationship and the resulting lightness. I look forward to more from this world.
Omfg this was so stunning!!!! I am IMPRESSED. I also have been craving omegaverse again so I’m so happy I found this! I think it was a random find but wow. Wonderful.
I’ve never read Sai Fox before and again, I’m beyond impressed! They can tell a story, that’s for sure.
Ugh Zack and Grayson had such explosive chemistry. It was soooo fun and gorgeous experiencing them fall in love.
Had so much fun with this one!! Can’t wait for more!
Really enjoyable! Older (and taller) omega tough-as-nails businessman, musician alpha who doesn't think much of business or high society in general, drawn together by circumstances and the chance to save both their families businesses. A lot going on here, but overall pretty well-handled. Nice job on the family secrets coming out and intersecting.
Omegas in Power is a very emotional and interesting story with great characters and an intriguing storyline but unfortunately it is only an okay read for me. Zack is amazing but it took me quite a while to like Grayson. Once his background is fully revealed Grayson's actions make a lot more sense and by the end of the story he fully redeems himself. They have a lot to deal with and I like how supportive they are of each other. I also like how their relationship evolves and that there are some very surprising twists and turns in the story. I wish that there was a lot more background information about the business run by Zack's family as it is a major part of the book and the lack of world building is a big problem for me as well and I felt a bit lost at times. The ending is good and there are several secondary characters that I hope to see more of in the future as this series continues.
I voluntarily reviewed an advanced copy of this book.
I really enjoyed reading this book and the alpha/ omegas trope it was different with Grayson wanting a marriage of convenience and following as things change.
This was such a good read, particularly because the characters and their issues were written both believable and intensely real. I adored the passion and tension in between the two and even the side characters were interesting. I could definitely see myself reading other books in this universe! The one issue I have is a couple of grammar and spelling issues that detract from the story.
This is definitely going on my reread list, this was my kind of a/b/o book!
I really liked this one! I loved the characters, the story and the dynamics going on with the guys. I’m also very happy a certain someone got what they deserved! I was happy to see both brothers happy, because they certainly deserved all the happiness in the world.
Loss is heavy in the book, for both Gray and Zack. There's so many emotions being played at through the story, and you can't help but to sympathize with them. The author does such a great job writing Zack's sorrow, his thoughts of his brother, the obvious hero worship of a little brother to his big brother, that I found myself feeling a bit of the loss over Joey. Grayson wasn't quite as easy to love as Zack was, he got on my nerves a couple times, but I still overall liked him, especially when he stepped up. The boardroom scene at the end was a long time in the making, and very enjoyable. I was happy with the conclusion of their story, they sure are going to have their hands full.
Omegas in Power by Sai Fox is the first book in the Omegas in Power series. This is a contemporary Mpreg romance with snark, angst, passion, emotion, and a fake marriage that turns real. I absolutely loved this story and the chemistry between the characters. I look forward to more to come.
Full of interesting tweaks to the A/B/O tropes with an Omega who acts and looks like an alpha and a surprisingly sweet and gentle alpha. Enjoyable story, though I'd predicted part of it I still got sucked in. The pacing was a little off with the fake marriage taking place around halfway through, it meant that their connection felt a little rushed. It was there, just developed at break-neck speed. I really want to read more from this author
Omegas in Power is the first in a new series set in a generalized omegaverse world. It contains two strong, well-developed characters that have an engaging romance, despite the over usage of coincidence to forward the plot line.
Zach and Grayson are both complex characters and they really serve as the highlight of the book. Both are dealing with serious emotional upheavals and challenges and serve as strong foils for one another. As a reader, I felt like I knew each of them as individuals and could really appreciate the journeys they faced, both separately and as a couple. They worked well together and despite the contrived circumstances that brought them together, the development of their romance seemed believable and possessed real emotional depth.
I’ve been delving into Omegaverse lately, my new odd little obsession. These books are largely a bit of trashy fun and you cannot go into them with high expectations, but there is a lot of bad out there so the bar is low. I also used to be completely weirded out by mpreg because it has never made any sense to me and I’m kinda phobic about pregnancy in fiction in general, but even that doesn’t weird me out anymore in the context of the universe, depending on how it’s handled in the worldbuilding.
I really enjoyed “Omegas in Power.” I liked the idea of flipping the switch on the traditional power dynamics, and a non-shifter omegaverse world. Grayson is an unmated omega who has outlasted the utility of his heat suppressants during an important business meeting. In a world in which omegas are oppressed brood mares, Grayson has become CEO of his late father’s company, always seeking his abuser’s approval even after his death. An alpha-like omega who turned off most love interests because he didn’t fit the traditional role of petite, submissive omega, Grayson didn’t care until his heats became a problem.
As a side note, I was intrigued by the worldbuilding element of omegas and alphas presenting at a certain age and how society deals with that. The class dynamics were interesting though also kind of shallowly explored.
Young alpha and musician Zack is torn from his previous life in New York when his brother dies in a car crash, leaving his company in shambles and under threat of acquisition from Grayson’s company, which specializes in hostile takeovers. He doesn’t know what to expect when he goes into the business meeting, but the intoxicating scent of an omega in heat wasn’t one of those things. Nor was the proposition for a fake marriage that followed on their next meeting.
Normally I find instalove annoying; I don’t really get the appeal when it’s a character seeing another hot character and immediately wanting to hump them and seconds later they want to upend their whole life for them. Like, where’s the tension? I need a little tension and conflict to read to the end even with lots of smut. But this wasn’t handled like that.
They fell in love in a matter of days but even that didn’t bother me so much because they were so conflicted about it, and Zack, the hopeless romantic paired with Grayson’s brooding cynicism, was always taught that when you find your true love you just know. I liked the way scents were handled in this, especially at the beginning. I loved their power dynamic and how they supported and leaned on each other in ways that went deeper than lust.
Add to that plenty of well done spicy scenes and a sensitive approach to Grayson’s fear of knotting, and ugh, this book brought all the feels.
I just wish this book had paid a little more attention to the worldbuilding and the business shenanigans. The mystery and corruption was intriguing but it barely spent any time on that. Well over 60% of the book was mainly spent on Zack and Grayson angsting over their instant love connection and what that meant for them. I think a little more attention could have been paid to the side characters, too, who were all a little flat, to bring out this world more.
I liked the writing so much and them as a couple that I didn’t even mind that so much, though. Perhaps this will be addressed later in the series.
Overall this was a fun, spicy guilty pleasure with unexpected layers and depth.
Zack and Grayson's story had so many layers to unravel, and it was thrilling to see the pieces slowly fall into place as these men fell in love.
I honestly didn't know what to think of Zack and Grayson when this story started. Zack's family tragedy was undeniably heartbreaking, but so much about the accident was hush-hush and tied up in secrets that I was itching to know the full story. He and Grayson had every reason to despise each other, and that's part of what made their instantaneous attraction so appealing. These men may not have wanted to want each other, but holy heck did their bodies tell a different story. Even knowing what I did about Grayson's upbringing, I was shocked to see how readily he offered himself up to Zack for a business arrangement. Maybe that should have been my first sign that these men had the potential to be so much more than a quick fling, but I certainly didn't see anything more than begrudging desire for those first few days. When I first met Grayson I honestly thought he was a bit of a jerk--a jerk who meant well, but still not the nicest guy. As he interacted with Zack it was wonderful to see the "real" Grayson emerge--not some uptight, uncompromising businessman but a man with deep emotional trauma and a desire to be loved. As their affection for each other blossomed, it was incredibly satisfying to see the missing pieces of the mystery reveal themselves as well. When the full truth finally came out and I realized just how tangled up Zack and Grayson's pasts really were, the two of them had me utterly convinced that their love could withstand any backlash. Seeing the real villains get what they deserved was just the icing on the cake, and the fact that Zack and Grayson were able to move forward with the support of their families left my heart feeling fuller than ever when their journey finally came to an end.
**I voluntarily read an ARC of this book. This review expresses my honest thoughts and opinions.
Grayson, was the first born son and raised as an Alpha. Surpries, when he presented as an Omega. He was not to be deterred. He worked 3x as hard to be thought equal to an Alpha. His younger brother, Lucien was about to turn 18 and identify if he was an A or an O. If he is an A, he can inherit the business over Grayson. Zach, is a musician who returned home to help his parents upon the death of his brother. He stayed, for a bit because his parents were devastated. He met Gray providing support to his Dad, who was about to hand the business over. He felt physically drawn to Gray and didn't really understand, why. Gray and Zach entered into an uneasy alliance to promote their business needs. Will either let down their walls? Will their contract meet their needs? How does Lucien present? Will Gray save Zach's business? Great story. I loved Gray, Zach and Lucien. I did not want this story to end. Well done!
