A basic story in service of CEOs and other business leaders learning elementary life skills in order to have a happier and more productive workplace. Life lessons like don’t reactively yell at your employees but rather try and understand where they are coming from is treated as some kind of transcendent wisdom. Just a text full of corporate blah.

A blessedly short example of a Linked In post turned into a business book. If you are a moderately functional adult nothing in the book will surprise you. I am amazed that it doesn't offer such gems as Don't Do Crime At Work or Make More Money Not Less. Perhaps that's in the workbook? I don't see how they could spin this into a business. Maybe tax fraud?
The entire thing reads like a weird MLM.
