Ashley Dryden-Jones is the best rugby player on the field—when I take a dare I instantly regret, I had no way of knowing he was a gentleman. An athlete. British with no plans to stay in the States.

He makes me forget myself, bruises, 5 o’clock shadow, accent and all.

He makes me forget I cannot crawl into bed with him a

Did I refresh my kindle all day checking for this book? Yes. Did I read the whole thing in one sitting and stay up wayyyy too long reading it? Also yes. Full review to come. LOVED IT.

I love Georgia and Ashley! They are so adorable and fun!
It’s a rare sports romance where there’s not a “jerk” or a lot of game playing. All that is fun, but this is so refreshing.
It is fun and playful. I smiled a lot while reading it.
The two have both very cute, fun banter and some hilarious awkward banter. A lot of fun over British and American slang misunderstandings. Very cute!
It is awesome to a have a gruff, scarred, burly rugby player who also happens to be a proper British aristocrat. And

What a great addition to the series and if you love slow burn romance with the perfect mix of drama and witty banter this is the book for you.
Georgie has been forced to transfer in her final year of college, she finds herself dealing with a new city and trying to make friends with her new teammates. Hazing comes into plat but she is not happy about asking an ugly guy out so she asks the first guy she comes across at a party and he happens to be a hot Bri

The book was good. I enjoyed the characters.
The banter between them was great. And like most of Sara’s books I knew the cringy parts would be in here. And they were. Lol but really I love those. Cause they seem more like real people.
I read the book in one sitting and the only thing I would change is there are a few jumps in time between the chapters and I would have enjoyed a little more. Like didn’t she tell her friends she would tell them if they kissed? Ummm because that a

One hilarious mishap lead to a story that will have me laughing for days!

Georgia and Ash met under unusual circumstances and let me tell you men have some big feelings haha! Poor Ash makes Georgia work for his forgiveness and it’s hilarious how she doesn’t give up but will also not be a door mat!

There were many surprises and definitely crazy twists in this story but I enjoyed every word of it! Georgia and Ash are both very independent and at first May have seen polar opposite but as they got o

The Jock Hard series is on my tbr list for a while now and I finally gave in, starting the series backwards :-D not the usual way to do so, but I don't regret a single thing. Starting this series with Jock Royal was definitely not a bad move at all, because this book is fantastic!

Georgia and Ashley, their story is such an adorable, playful and funny read!
The fun banter, some really hilarious, keep you smiling through the whole book.

Jock Royal is such an easy read, it's perfect for in-between som

To say I was all kinds of excited to jump back into the Jock Row is no lie.

I love this world.

But finding out I was about a rugger?
Done. Just. Done.
Because rugby is my fav sport (as are rugby men) and well, they are something of a different breed.

So, I dove in and boy did this one take me on a ride I wasn’t all that prepared for. I still loved and adored the majority of it, but man, there were some parts…lemme just say the eyes hurt from all the rolling

But as for Ash and Geor

A dare gone wrong + roomies situation + Sin City sexcapade = A recipe for disaster? OR NOT.

This is the third book I read since I became a part of Sara Ney's street team, but I've been a reader of hers since 2018 and The Bachelors Club Series is the only series I haven't read out of all the books she has written (will read this once I sort things out LOL).

So, back to the topic: I know I'm being partial about this but "Jock Royal" is, by far, the best

„Jock Royal” is the forth installment of the „Jock Hard” series written by Sara Ney.
It is another sport romance, but this time we have here also the royal hero. But is he happy?

Georgia and Ashley are pretty adorable. She is a normal girl with dreams and he is like ordinary boy with sport passion. I opened this story with no expectations, but in the end I was in this book after two chapters. They met in perfect way and their story is simple, but totally cute.

I really like how Sara Ney wrote he

What a delicious, angst filled, slow burn story. I’m glad I was reading this story with the AC on because it was sinfully hot.

Forced to transfer college her last year, Georgie is dealing with the stress of a new city and becoming friends with her new teammates. Forced to do a haze, she has to ask an ugly guy out.

Uncomfortable with the idea, she asks the first guy she sees at a party. But it turns out to be the hot, rugby playing British guy named Ashley. He just had a match and is a little bru

Ahhhh….Ashley. Dryden. Jones. Add Ashley to my list of favorite Sara Ney book boyfriends along with Rhett, Kip and Tripp.
Ashley and Georgia don’t exactly have a “meet cute” with Georgia asking Ashley out on a track team hazing dare, but what comes after is nothing but cute.
Georgia does everything she can to make Ashley see that she is not the nasty girl who thought he was ugly and Ashley fights her all the way. When they finally get a chance to connect, they realize there is more than a friend

Why aren’t there more Rugby books? How are these two ever going to get out of the friend zone? Two of the main questions I asked myself while reading this book and only one was answered. Regardless, Jock Royal is now my favorite of the Jock Road series, mostly due to a certain fancy talking, rugby playing Brit.

A misunderstanding of sorts brings Ashley and Georgia together at a party, and Ashley starts off as not being the biggest fan of Georgia, for good reason. Georgia owns up to her mistake an

Jock Royal is book four of the Jock Hard Series. This is a complete standalone, sports romance following Ashley Drysdale-Jones and Georgia Parker's journey. Their story was an entertaining and easy read.

Ashley can be dry, somewhat arrogant, but he's also honest, well mannered, and seems to be wise beyond his age. Georgia is kind, hard working, optimistic, and fun to be around. They are both athletic and seem to be lonely even t

Jock Royal is the most amazing, refreshing, lighthearted read that I honestly didn’t want it to end!
Its the entertaining banter and ease of friendship between Ashley and Georgia.
But their initial meet as part of a haze is frought with tension.
Nevertheless these two are a breath of fresh air and I giggled alot at their tongue in cheek conversations and the Britishisms Ash teaches her.
So amusing at times and for what could potentially become a wonderful friendship especially with Georgia renting

I love the Jock Hard series by Sara Ney and she did not disappoint with Jock Royal. Ashley and Georgia may be my new favorites in this series! Georgia had to transfer to a new school in order to get her scholarship to pay for her last year as a senior. And starting over is not always easy, her new teammates make sure of that. Ashley is the British jock at school that will finish up and move back across the pond to pick up where he's meant to in his family. Georgia and Ashley meet and it's quite ...more

Jock Royal was an absolute treat to read. The characters seemed almost life-like, and I just couldn't stop reading.

Georgia is a really kind, determined, genuine person. Goaded into a dare, she beats herself up when she realises that she really could have hurt Ashley's feelings. As they inevitably cross paths again, she searches for ways to make it up to him.

Ashley is also kind - a bit blunt, but he's a total gentleman. He's sweet and thoughtful, wrapped up in a mysterious package that Georgia ge

I love Sara Ney. She is one of my favorite authors and it is now at the point where I don’t even read the blurb of her books, I just read them because I always thoroughly enjoy them.
Her characters always have this quirkiness to them and Jock Royal was no different. The banter between Georgia and Ashley was so fun and natural! Their relationship had natural progression and just seemed so right! I absolutely loved how Ash made Georgia work for his forgiveness. The two of them were the perfect frie

Wow this is my one click author which is why it is challenging for me to write this review. I struggled with the storyline especially at the beginning. Our heroine Georgia made it hard for me to like her. Being unkind especially in today’s world is why I couldn’t bring myself to like her.

My heart literally ached for Ashley our funny, intriguing British hero. He was the bright spot to this story. He was more forgiving that I would be. The highlight was all his Britishism. I didn’t understand the

Absolutely loved every second of this book. It's been a while since I have read a lighter book, and this one hit the spot. The characters and side characters are amazing, the one liners, the interactions, they are great, you really get a feels for the characters since this is told in dual pov. Ashley is a brit, that still retains his upbringing, and what is funny is, it's against the stuff he has learned while in the US. It's funny, it's irreverent, and it's a must read.
As always with these book

It's been a hot minute since mx last Sara Ney book and this one just proved how much I missed her work.

My favorite character from this series is Kip but Ashley comes close second. When reading YA books I often find myself rolling my eyes but surprisingly this story was cute and funny and sweet and I loved every second of their friendships /relationship.
They were so perfect for each other and I actually love the fact that they took some time in order to sort out their feelings and lives.

Jock Royal is bloody fantastic!
I know I say this with every Sara Ney book…but each one just gets better. Ashley is a big strapping rugby player with a sexy British accent. Georgia is also an athlete that is on the track team. They have an unexpected meeting at a frat house. When Georgia has to do a dare to be “hazed” by her team things take a turn for the worst. Who knew one dare could lead to something so unexpected. You must pick up this book and devour it. Once I started reading I just couldn

When I first started reading this book I wasn’t sure if I could finish it only because sometimes when characters are awkward I feel awkward & I cringe a lot right along with them. Haha the meet cute between these two was cringe worthy! BUT I absolutely loved how their story evolved. From enemies to roommates to friends to something so much more. Sara is one of my very favorite authors. I haven’t read a book of hers that I haven’t enjoyed and Jock Royal keeps that streak happening.
As an Australian I am exposed to both British and American slang, probably more emphasis on the British though. So I was almost giddy reading Ashley and Georgia with their banter and misunderstandings with what the other was saying. This alone made the book an absolute page turner but when you add in the awesomeness that is both Ashley and Georgia, well not to
I've come to the point with this author I don't read the blurbs any more, I just see the author and go Gimmie. I'm kinda glad I didn't read this one, because this was really cute and really fun. It was quite the slow burn and although their "meet cute" wasn't entirely on the up and up what comes of it is an adorable friendship to more between the kinda down on her luck Georgia and British rugby player Ashley. I enjoyed this a whole lot. I volunteered to read and review an early copy of this. All ...more

Such a sweet story! If you love all things Sara Ney, then you're in for a treat. I always look forward to reading her books. She writes the best guys. Jock Royal is an enemies to lovers romance. Things don't start out well for Georgia and Ashley. In fact their meeting is a dare gone wrong. It's actually pretty funny. I love how these two can be so awkward together. Wow!! This is my favorite Jock Row couple!!!

Ashley is that brooding, big teddy bear character that we all love and want more of.
Georgia is the sweet and fun, but serious lady that is the perfect match for a brooding man.

Ashley and Georgia have such chemistry and you won't be able to deny that. They are the perfect match and it shows in the pages of this book.

I loved everything about this book. I loved the way they met, that may be the best part!!

What a wonderful slow burn story full of so much angst you won’t want their story to end.

Forced to transfer to a new college, Georgia is having a hard time with new friends and her new team mates. Ashley, the sexy British Ruby player has now idea how is life is going to change when he offers to be Georgia’s roommate, let the push and pull begin.

Their story is sexy, funny, angst filled with lots of fantastic characters. Another fabulous sports romance from one of my go to authors Sarah Ney.

Overall I really enjoyed this book! I loved Ash and Georgia so much!! They had me cracking up! The banter in this book was great! The first half of this book for me was a slow start, however once I got to the second half I couldn’t put the book down!!! I really didn’t want this one to end! I would totally read another book about them from where the epilogue left off! I would definitely recommend this book!!
