Having your old Army buddy call you and open with, “Hey—remember that favor you owe me for saving your ass? Well, I need to collect,” wasn’t a promising start to a conversation. This book was rather short....said it was 179 pages but it ended at only page 123. Oh well it was still good.
Ratchet is part of the Royal Bastards MC but he also works for the FBI. Sounds like he designs things. He is also ex military. His best friend while in the service used to bring him home when he went for a visit. That's how he met Laney. She was the pesky little sister that followed her brother around when he visited but not for the reasons he thought.
Laney is all grown up now and big brother is still trying to tell her what she can and can't do. That's how she went and got herself in a bad situation. Since Ratchet owes his life to her brother. . brother calls him in to repay him by saving Laney. Ratchet keeps thinking about her as a kid with her crush on him but she is no longer that little girl. When her crush starts back can Ratchet keep her at arms reach knowing big brother would kill him or does he give in and not keep her in his sight against the enemy?

Ok I can't stand the oddness of these books. I will finish it, but am confused why a FBI agent doesn't just arrest the person that he is hiding from when the person comes to the safe house, alone, when the authorities are looking for this person! No, he just let him walk away. WTF?? I don't get it????? It doesn't make sense even in the fiction world. It makes the so called big, bad, biker/FBI alpha look stupid. So confused, and lost all respect for this book, and only 33 percent into it.

So so good. I read this without reading previous books but I still thoroughly enjoyed it.
Ratchet is a member of an MC. He is ex military. When his friend Mason calls on him to help him he does without a thought.
Ratchet and Laney.. absolutely loved their story. This is a well written story that I inhaled in an afternoon.
I’m looking forward to reading more from this author and more Royal Bastards soon.

Ratchet is ex-military and a member of the mc. His best friend and old army buddy, Mason asks him to help find his sister after she went missing. Laney and one of her friends were at a rival mc clubhouse party. Laney wakes up after being trapped and drugged out of her mind. She hopes her brother can find her and save her. Ratchet gladly agrees to help Mason find Laney but he never expected things to go sideways and to end up with Laney. A good read.

Ratchet and Laney’s story was so so good. Ratchet’s old army buddy, Mason, calls asking him to rescue and protect his sister Laney, who has gotten herself in trouble with a rival MC, the Dragons. Ratchet owed Mason his life, so he would do anything to pay him back. The chemistry between Ratchet and Laney was intense. Their journey is filled with suspense, danger, action, and steam. A fantastic read and one I recommend.

Another Royally awesome story for the Royal Bastard MC. Lots of action and intense chemistry. I loved this story a lot. Brothers best friend love story with lots of sparks. I highly recommend this to others.

Thoroughly enjoyed this fast paced, suspenseful, bro-code forbidden MC romance. Yep, this book had it all. The author gave us a very well written book with characters you couldn’t help but root for, as well as a few you wouldn’t mind getting a “Biker beat down”.

Ratchet’s Army buddy needs to collect on the favor owed to him. His buddy, Mason, may have special clearance for military ops, but this op requires someone that has other connections. Mason and Ratchet are good friends and Mason has called Ratchet asking for his help, his sister has gone missing, and he thinks he knows right where she is, but he’s been given orders to stand down.

I love the RBMC books, and the Savage Hells MC, a chapter of the RBMC, has it a rival that they can’t seem to break down and rid themselves of. Now they need to go in again to rescue someone from the Dragons. This is never an easy task. Laney and Ratchet have known each other since Ratchet and Mason were in the Army together. Ratchet used to go home with Mason on leaves and met Laney during one of those leaves. Laney has never looked at Ratchet as a brother, she’s always had a crush on him, but Ratchet has only ever seen his friend’s little sister. Now she’s grown up and they are stashed away by themselves while he protects her. What could happen? I loved Ratchet’s story and these books always have a lot of action, Alpha men, and strong women that keep the men on their toes. Ratchet’s Revenge is no different. Laney is a woman that knows what she wants and who she is. I give this story a 5-star review and look forward to more of the RBMC 3rd Run.

Ratchet has been asked to do a favor from an old friend. Laney lands herself in some pretty hot water. This author creates a situation that will leave you hooked and with a possible marathon in your future. There was no good stopping point so if you plan to finish in one day, make sure to start early.
I liked how the author played off on how Rachet has known Laney for a while. She also did a good job in creating a tension that you could almost feel. It helped to move the story along. Then she gives us some suspense to also move the story along and that just made it more difficult to look away.
You won’t feel like you’re missing anything by not having read the previous books in the author’s series so you can enjoy this book without feeling lost. If you like some heat with your MC read then you will have that here. It is fast-paced so if you don’t want it to be over too quickly you may want to slow your reading pace down. For me, that didn’t matter because the ending is going to come no matter how slowly the words go by. This is the first book of the third run to the RBMC series and I hope you will check out the other authors, and their work, as they come out throughout the next six months. - I know I am.

This story will have you turning pages to find out what happens next. A great MC story with a sexual twist. Ratchet wants more in his life. He is feeling that he wants an old lady and settling down more a family of his own. So when Ratchets friend /family Mason comes asking for help he is all in. Mason has saved him more times when they were in the military together. Mason needs help finding his sister Laney. He remembers her as a little girl following them around. He is wondering what she looks like now. She was last seen with the MC's enemy the Dragons. They are known for some human trafficking. The club goes in with permission from the prez. They not only save Laney they save many other women. This makes the Dragons prez and Cannibal angry wanting revenge. They are on the run and so are Laney and Ratchet from them. Ratchet takes Laney to his grandfather's cabin. All alone and safe for now Ratchet now sees Laney as a beautiful woman of his dreams. All grown up and all his. He wants her all of him. That's is just fine with Laney because she wants her hot alpha man of her dreams. What will her brother think of their relationship. Best friend baby sister??? Ratchet and Laney learn about themselves and are willing to fight for their love. Fight anyone for their happiness willing to stop them. One amazing end for them all.

Ratchet’s Revenge is the 4th book in the Huntsville, AL chapter RBMC series by K.L. Ramsey. The story is a best friend’s sister story written in the 3rd person. When Laney went to an MC clubhouse with her friend, the last thing she expected was that she would get roofied and wake up in a cage. Luckily for her, her brother’s best friend Ratchet is willing to go in, find her, and then stay with her while she hides while her brother and the club hunt down all the bad guys.
This was a pretty good read from an author that’s new to me. The story is action packed and moved along nicely. Ratchet is really great. He is a loyal friend and was really concerned about his friend’s reaction to his interest in his sister. Laney has been in love with her brother’s friend since she was a kid and was happy for the chance to hide out with him, despite all the drama driving it. I wish the characters had a little more depth to them, but overall, it was a good read.

A quick MC, save the girl romance. Some spots that might drive the more detailed oriented a little squirrely but if you can ignore those spots I think you'll enjoy this couple's story.

This book is part of the Royal Bastards MC collection. It is the fourth book for this chapter. Ratchet is contacted by an old army buddy who needs help. His sister Laney has gone missing and he knows where she is and what trouble she is in. Ratchet would gladly help his friend he just needs to convince the club to help them. Laney can’t believe how stupid she was and that she got herself in this situation. They manage to save her but that isn’t the end. Laney isn’t the little girl Ratchet remembers. She has grown up to be a beautiful woman. The man who took Laney isn’t going to give up so easily. Will Ratchet be able to protect Laney? How long will be able to fight his feelings for her? I loved this book. Laney and Ratchet have a crazy attraction to each other. Their heat is crazy off the charts together. I can’t wait to read the next book in this series. Hopefully there will be a book about Patch. She is amazing. I love all the characters in this series and look forward to reading more about them. Great job K.L. Ramsey.

Once they get Laney out, they need to keep her safe and Ratchet finds himself being the babysitter to the grown woman that she has become. The two spend most of that time trying not to act on the feelings they both have, but of course that only lasts so long. How will Mason take the news that Ratchet has fallen for his little sister? Or is it best that this be a secret they never share?
This was my first read by the author, and I feel like this story was just ok. This was such a fast paced story that the connection was missing for me. The two are thrown together and bam they are falling for each other. Everything just seemed so rushed for me; not to say that this wasn't enjoyable, just rushed. I give this 4 stars.

Absolutely enjoyed this book from beginning to end. Ratchet is a character that you can absolutely love. His best friend Mason comes to him for help getting his sister back from the Dragons. Little does Ratchet know that Laney is going to change his world and turn it upside down. Laney agrees to go to the Dragons party with her friend. But her friend ends up leaving her there and she is forced into a cage. What will happen to her while she is being held hostage?
Ratchet and Laney are a couple that is fierce and stubborn. They both fight for each other and against each other until they realize what they want. I loved the chemistry between these two. It was hot and hardcore. A great storyline from beginning to end. A great addition to the Royal Bastard series. Cant wait to read more from this series.

This was my first time reading a book in the Royal Bastards MC and I LOVED it! Everything I was hoping for in a fast paced, rough, steamy read. The character development was spot on for me as a new reader to the series. I was given a glimpse of strong supporting characters and their role in the MC world. The leads in the book were well written and had a past connection. This book's premise would fall under the best friends brother category.

Ups and downs take place leaving Laney in Ratchet's care. Time goes by and the two can't deny their feelings for each other. Its a little short 4 me. Rachet would pay anything back if he owed them and he would help his best friend without any problem. when Mason came 2 ask 4 help cause his sister disappeared and they found out the truth about what happened 2 her. dragons MC r punk fucking assholes that don't care about women and do very dangerous things but the asshole that caused her most trouble will get his ass handed 2 him sum how. When those assholes cross a line they deserve wtf they get!! will Rather b enough of a savior or will he loose everything that means anything 2 him? I just wish it was a little bit longer.

Ratchet was ex militay, now fbi and brother in an mc.His old army buddy need a favour, rescue and protect his sister Laney. Ratchet knew her had for years as he came home on leave with his buudy. So now he had to save her from a rival mc. When he gets her out safely they have to go into hading as the mc want her back. Together for a while he admits his true feelings for her and her to him. Can they be together ? He has betray his buddy's trust . He was to protect her not fall for her. Great read and what a book to start new 3rd run.....

Ratchet helps an old Bubby get his sister back for where she was being held by another MC. Laney went with her friend to Dragon's compound for a party where she was drugged and caged. Lucky for her Mason (her bro) ask for Ratchet's help and they along with some other member from the MC are able to get her out of there.
Cannibal wants Laney and will stop at nothing to get her back so Ratchet does what he has to he takes Laney to a cabin in the middle of nothing where the attraction grows but Ratchet doesn't want to lose Mason as a friend and Cannibal after Laney.

I enjoyed the characters and the Royal Bastards series in general. This story belongs to Ratchet a former FBI agent now part of an MC. His BFF Mason comes to Ratchet with urgency to help him get his baby sister Laney back from a rival MC. I was reading along happily when the story just ended at 75 percent. Wait. . . What , no! So I took off a star for the shorter story. Then the author added about five previews consisting of two chapters each for other books. Disappointing.

Some of Laneys antics to get his attention had my giggling away and found that this was a great quick read that I devoured in one sitting.

Ratchet's Revenge is a fast paced read and tells the story of Ratchet and Laney Zane. Laney is Ratchet's best friend Mason's sister. She's gotten herself into quite a mess with a rival club, the Dragons and Mason comes to Ratchet seeking help to get her back. It takes help from all angles to get this mess straightened out. Ratchet and Laney have quite the ride with all the excitement that comes with it.

I loved this fast pace book. Ratchet and Laney’s story is explosive. You get danger, love and death. Excellent writing with a storyline that really can hit home. ❤️❤️

Ratchet will do anything for Mason and when his little sister Laney is in danger he will do anything to save her, but one thing he never figured was that Laney is all grown up. This book was a great read and I loved how you just dove right into the action. The chemistry between Ratchet and Laney was hot. I loved the other characters of Patch, Hawk and Mason. This was a quick read but so enjoyable on so many levels.

From the first page I was hooked and it didn't take me long to read this awesome story.

Ratchet’s Revenge is K.L. Ramsey’s fourth book in the Royal Bastards MC series- Huntsville, Alabama Chapter. Ratchet and Laney are great together - the protector, the brother's best friend, the hot MC elements had my interest and the fun and sexy characters kept my interest. There's action, suspense, heat, and a couple surprises. Loved it!

Rescue me and keep me safe!
Rescuing my best friends sister was all I could think of, keeping her safe and not falling for her was a different story altogether!! It was a great story with wonderful characters and passion, sexy steamy romance, and some violence to boot. I really think you will enjoy reading about Ratchet and Laney. I recommend you read this book, I give it a 5 Star review

First book I've read by this author and I'll definitely want to read more. There's plenty of action, heat and surprises to keep you interested. This book will keep you on the edge of your seat and make you wonder, what can possibly happen next. Read this book in one day and couldn't put it down. Excellent read with a HEA.

This is a fantastic off limits story because of FBI brother. There was steamy chemistry and suspenseful drama throughout the book. I kept asking myself questions and had to find out if I was right or wrong, making this a quick read. I was so wrong about Cannibal. I definitely can not wait to read Hawk and Patch's story! Thank you KL for writing excellent stories with wonderful characters.
