read this for a class I've taken.

The title says it all. It looks to be a study text for those aspiring to be real estate agents or work in that field. The prose is rather boring, and I have cured a few sleepless nights by trying to get through an entire chapter, but there is some really good information in there - especially if you're thinking of buying a house anytime in the near future.
