Life as art, art as poems about movies about life as art. A unique collection of perfectly paced poems. This one is well worth reading.

"Playing Tennis with Antonioni" is one of those books that I actually slept with for a while. I'd read it in bed then keep it there when I fell asleep. Pop it open to any page and it makes your insomnia feel justified. As a fellow movie buff, I enjoyed Catlin's curatorial selection. As a fellow poet who's converted movies into poems (albeit primarily with Rainer Werner Fassbinder), I respected his various executions. I'll probably sleep with this book again. If Goodreads is to be trusted, this guy's got over 50 books to his credit so promiscuity is an option as well.
