Venn That Tune: Bringing the Poetry of Maths to the Magic of Pop!

Rate this book
Venn diagrams are illustrations used to show all of the possible logical relationships between groups of things. They normally consist of overlapping circles. Diagrams, graphs, and pie-charts pit memorable song lyrics against the stark light of logic to produce a fresh perspective on classic and hit songs in this ingenious, inspired, and utterly addictive book. The relationship between money and problems is thoroughly charted, and the price of that doggie in the window is given full analysis. Thanks to this clever and entertaining collection, Venn diagrams have never looked so cool.

Thanks to my brother for this funny and silly little Christmas gift, ideal for those who like maths and music. The book is based around Venn and other mathematical charts and diagrams with creatively used and v v silly song lyrics. As you can see, the easing myself into this years reading is going strong before the brain-hurting reading inevitably kicks in soon!

Fun combination of maths and music. Answers at the back so you can try and guess what each song is.
