A great educating book, I never thought people who suffer from impulse control disorder had such miserable lives and that it was difficult for them to take control of it. What made me wonder is how none of them had a reason for doing what they do and the only solution was medication, stating it as a disease is a serious thing however, I find it hard to believe nothing can be done besides medication. The book was well elaborated, I enjoyed reading people's stories and how it affected their lives and the dear ones around them.
