Excellent book, I have the first edition, lovely cover of the McLaren Chevrolet Big Block Can-Am Car, beautiful color photography inside as well as black and white. I did not his comment regarding Reactionary(as if that's a problem?) Nor his being enamored as most at the time were of Jackie Stewart. I Love the Section On Le Mans as well as covering the Ford-Ferrari Battle(Of which he says Ferrari Later came back to ford after refusing their offer, of which Has since then proven not the case from what we know.) I did not like he left out The Chaparral 2D which Won The 'Ring in 1966 Outright, 1st place overall but does mention Jim Hall and Hap Sharp's Chaparral 2F for endurance racing as well as the Can-Am Chaparrals(No mention of Chaparral's 1965 Outright Sebring win either.) All in all pretty good book, filled with great history, well-written and several personalities of different racing series are covered, Sports Car,Open Car(No stock car)European and American racing.
