What disappointed me was "section seven" which listed a variety of recipes for different meals in the day. For someone also trying to avoid the use of sugar, the selection was limited.
Good to note this was written by a British writer so some of the language use will be different than words that would be used in America. I also liked that though they were giving good information they emphasized the importance of doctors and dieticians.
