I started reading this book 6 years ago and thought it was bogus at the time. Reading it again has been so helpful. God used this book to renew my perspective on how to live a life glorifying to His name instead of mine.

This book came at a time when I knew that my life was too busy but I couldn't clearly see an answer. I am a very organized and analytical person. As such, I find myself constantly taking on more than a person should do and the result will often be long hours at the last minute. I personally believe that I was beginning to see some hard effects on my personal health, my family and my spirit.

This book was just what I needed. Probably the key concept I needed at this time was the simple fact that I actually "VALUED" being so busy. I thought it was a good trait. This very fact was the reason that I never could figure out how to change this. I always thought that I needed to better management my time and better plan my tasks. Reality, I needed to start saying, "No." And build in margin that leads to personal health, family strength and spiritual depth.

I'm very thankful for this book and the effect it has had on my life!
