A surprising amount of depth for short book about the life of Leonardo da Vinci. It covered more childhood than what he is famous for now, which is sensical for a series entitled "Famous Children". I did like that more weight was given to his ideas and interests than the paintings for which he is typically known.

less well done than many of these series on famous people

An excellent resource to learn about Leonardo Da Vinci. Excellent images and short storyline to simply introduce his life, works and incredible contribution to the world.
