In this hilarious and heartwarming adventure from the New York Times bestselling author of Bronco and A Party to Remember, Bronco learns that when helping others feels hard or scary, God will give you courage to do the right thing.
While having a picnic one day, Bronco gets upset when a bee lands on him. But the bee isn’t as dangerous as she seems. In fact, she needs help! It won’t be easy, but Bronco and his friends gather their courage and work together to embark on a daring rescue. And once they do, they discover that putting others first makes a big difference in the lives of those who really need them.
This book, featuring the same lovable characters as Tim Tebow’s Bronco and A Party to Remember and illustrations from painter Jane Chapman of the popular “Bear” series, reminds young readers that the God who calls them to help will empower them to do great things for others.
Tim Tebow is one of the most accomplished players in college football history. A two-time winner of the NCAA National Football Championship with the University of Florida, Tim is also the first-ever sophomore to win the Heisman Trophy. He then went on to become a two-time winner of the Maxwell Award for the nation’s top football player, while also winning the Davey O’Brien Award for the nation’s best college quarterback and the James E. Sullivan Award for the most outstanding amateur athlete in any sport. He is the founder of the Tim Tebow Foundation which was started to bring faith, hope, and love to those needing a brighter day in the darkest hour of need, and in April 2010, Tim was selected in the first round of the NFL Draft by the Denver Broncos. He lives in Colorado.
Sweet, glasses-wearing Bronco and his friends (a sneezing goat, a clumsy rabbit, and a bird who can’t fly) are on a somewhat reluctant (at least at first) mission to help a lost little bumblebee. Phoebe can’t find her family – and they’re in danger! I loved how beautiful the illustrations were, how they made the story come alive, and the choice of colors for the surrounding scenery. I also loved the lesson embedded in the plot – that God has called us to put the needs of others ahead of our own… and that He gives us the strength we need to do that when it isn’t easy.
Bottom Line: As I was reading Bronco and Friends: Mission Possible by Tim Tebow, I couldn’t help but imagine reading it with my 6-year-old and 4-year-old nephews & what their reactions would be. I know they would be giggling at the antics of Bronco and his friends, but I also know that this cute story would pique their ever-present curiosity and lead to lots of fun questions. Questions about bees and being different and doing the right thing even when it’s difficult or unappealing. Questions that will make them smarter & help them grow in character and integrity. A sweet book to share with the precious little ones in your life – with endearing characters and beautiful artwork!

Bronco is afraid of bees and when a bee asks for his help, all he wants to do is run away. Can his friends help him overcome his fear and save the day?
A fun little picture book teaching us to help our neighbors. The conclusion features a Bible verse.
I have special needs animals so while this second one is still very cute and has adorable illustrations like the first I just connected more with the first story than this one 🐶 🐐 🐇 🐦
