This is Gunnar & Bridget’s story
OK so this is book two in the series some say that you can read these books as standalone but my personal opinion I would suggest that you get prepared to buckle up, Cuz This author has tenancy of giving you a preview of the upcoming book which in my opinion is somewhat of a cliphanger…….
So lucky for me after my previous book review a friend of mine gave me fair warning about what the author has tendency of doing so I went in search of the whole collection ….. With that said I started book two pretty much shortly after finishing book one……..
In this installment we cross the border into Mexico where we meet Axel’s younger brother and some of his crew, who is the head of Los Zetas…….
I mean come on what other choice does the guys have when one of their own had been kidnapped and been dragged across the border
. The only trouble is gunner is pretty famous for being hot headed and not thinking before he does stuff will he be able to control his self during this extraction
This is one of those books that or sorry this is one of those series that there is so much going on in one book that makes it difficult to write a review for them without giving away too much

Well dang, this Sexy overprotective biker (Gunnar )will stop at nothing to protect the woman he loves—even if he has to burn down every cartel and rival MC in his path to do it. And by the end of this book most likely Gunner will do just that
When all is said and done, will see who is still standing
If you’re looking for action pack M C read with plenty of action with both conflict between other MC’s plus cartel edge of your seat thriller with plenty of steamy scenes I guess you’re in the right place …… OK I said plenty too much but you get my point this book has plenty of everything …Lol

Another enjoyable read.
Just be aware that the same story runs through all these books (or at least so far). The characters are all members of the MC/group of friends. So while each couple gets their own romance/HFN the story continues into the next book.

Great continuation of the series!
The Vikings Princess is book 2 in the Vikings MC series by Cathleen Cole and Frank Benson. It is not a standalone and should be read after Heart of Steel. This is a wonderful opposites attract story told in first person, dual POV.
What a fantastic ride! The story starts with a bang and just keeps on going. The character development is fantastic - not for just the two MCs, but for all of the characters in the story. Additionally, the relationships between the women in the story are not sidebars, but given as much importance as the mens relationship in the MC . It was wonderful to see Bridget grow so much as a person during the story and Gunnar as well.
There are tons of twists and turns and so much going on: rival MCs, drug cartels, and family drama - it'll definitely keep your attention to the end. If you want a story about how your chosen family can be the most important, this is definitely the book for you. Can't wait to read Cafe and Ming's book next!

What a delightful fine
This series is the one of the BEST I've read in a while. Ms Cole has taken an MC and pair them with 5 of the wackiest , funny, badass women who are rich to boot fall in love. But regardless of all that the women like Bridget are entwined with what's happening with Gunnar and his brother's and their enemies. Bridget is determine to prove to everyone she is not worthless, that she can take care of herself and new family. Bridget and Gunnar fall in love while chaos is around them.
The cliffhanger that the author gives the read makes the reader move immediately move to next book.

Bridget and Gunnar's story is exciting and explosive. It's amazing how this story seems to take a different turn after turning each page. Every time I think I've solved the puzzle and kazing comes a new piece. This book and the first is a must read for everyone who loves a great story and great writing. That is keeping your reader hostage on a very high level.

Another Winner!!
This is the second book in The Vikings MC series and it just keeps getting better and better. Bridget wants nothing more than Gunnar in her life and he is just as devoted to her. He’ll stop at nothing to keep Bridget safe. Bridget’s dad is the mayor and disapproves of Gunnar and his MC but at this point Bridget doesn’t care and is going to put Gunnar first in her life. Well, dear old dad has a lot that he’s hiding and one of those things is why Bridget is kidnapped. Now Gunner will stop at nothing to make sure his woman is safe.
This book is full of steam, secrets and plenty of MC drama. I’m so glad I found this author and can’t wait for the next book in this series.

Bridget and Gunner are made for each other, though Bridget knows the type of man he is its not Gunner who put her in the Cartels path but her father, not Gunner must do all he can to save her. this is action packed filled with high drama, suspense, love, laughter, sadness, hate, hot scenes and more

Gunnar and Bridget’s relationship isn’t exactly easy but are they ever easy. This story keeps you on the edge of your seat the entire time. This author keeps you enthralled the entire time. Don’t miss it.

Each book in this series features different lead characters, but I recommend enjoying them in order written because of ongoing storylines. Bridget was a secondary character in the first book, she is good friends with Remi and Gunnar is a member of the Vikings MC. Gunnar and Bridget are opposites in many ways, she is a princess and he is a big bad biker, but they had a connection like no other and the chemistry between them is smoking hot. After hearing that Bridget was kidnapped, he wanted to go rescue her with guns blazing, but the Steel and the members of the club come up with a plan to get her back. Bridget may be a princess, but she is fearless and fierce, and gave her kidnappers a run for their money. I loved how everything played out in this book, the layers and complexity of the story are fantastic, as are the plotting and world building. It is an action-packed story with plenty of drama, angst, twists and turns, thrilling and suspenseful moments, heartfelt emotions and steamy romance. Thank you for another amazing story and the wild ride.

The Vikings Princess is book 2 in the series and although it can be read as a standalone I would suggest reading the first book as the world around the story will make much more sense.
I am so happy I had this book readily available as soon as I was done with book 1 because Bridget and Gunner’s story was so so so good.
There were action packed scenes, there were sweet scenes and then there were steamy scenes also. This has all the areas that made me really enjoy the series even more. As I stated in the review for book 1 I am not much of an MC reader and was hesitant at first to read the first one but it hooked me and now I’m on book 2 and I’m really in love with this world. Either I never read the right MC books before or Cathleen Cole is an absolute genius because she has me stuck on this series!!
You have Bridget who knew what she was getting in to when she decided to pursue the relationship. She is being hunted in a sense by people who are loyal to her father because he was the one that put the target on her back. She trusts Gunner to keep her safe but she also wonders if she should put him harms way.
Gunner obviously the brute will do anything for Bridget. He is all muscle and a man that has a mission on keeping her safe. One thing I have noticed about MC books is that the males are usually dominating Alpha’s that if you mess with their girl you will get what is coming to you.

And the Italian mafia gets involved too! Suspense, betrayal and love, it cannot get better than that. Well written and exciting, this book is exactly what I love to listen to.
Allyson Voller and Tyler Darby are an amazing team as they bring this gem to life. Voller gives Bridget the strength she needs to get through her ordeal. This poor girl has a huge array of emotions and Voller nails each on in every scene. Darby is the bad boy, dark and dangerous giving the chills and all the feels. He knows how to create the darkness with a hint of light in Gunner. This is a great listen giving enjoyment for hours.

This is book two in the series and it is just as good as the first one. We have mystery, steam, and action. So lets meet Gunner who is one gorgeous man in leather and he only has eyes for Bridget. He met her when he showed up at the college she is going to. Gunner seems to be smitten with Bridget but there was trouble in paradise in the first book. So Bridget is from a prominent family, her daddy being a former mayor and all. So when daddy finds out that she was dating Gunner he made her break it off. Well with this book they decide to give it a try and dang the consequences. However, we have a couple of twist going on in this book. Daddy dearest is not exactly the good guy and seems to have gotten his daughter mixed up in it. We find out a lot of information and some of it shocking. Gunner does not want to lose Bridget and will do anything to keep her safe. So how will her family handle the fact that Bridget is with Gunner? I will say that the emotions hit hard at the end. You will get a happily ever after and you will love this series to don't miss out on it.

I'm officially addicted to this series. Gunnar and Bridget's story is fast-paced, action and suspense filled, and definitely attention grabbing. I, of course overlook the illegal activities, even if on some level I internally chastise myself for loving this series and being impatient for the others given their 'business'... because this Vikings family you can't help but root for... they're family with the protectiveness and emotions that come with it. There is actually so much more depth to Gunner than I expected, even if I was interested in his story after listening to Steel... actually the same can be said for Bridget too. Gunnar may be super protective of her, but there is also so much sweet and understanding. Bridget is super protective of him too, with a mile long stubborn and fierce streak, but simultaneously brings out the teddy bear in Gunnar. And with so many intriguing revelations with the underlying quandary the MC and girls face, plus the obvious pairings to come, I'm anxious for the other books to come to audio too. Narrators did a great job with bringing it to life from the pages.

I came into this series on book 2, and while it was apparently I’d missed at least one book, I didn’t feel lost or behind. It felt more like I could go back and read whatever I was missing anytime.
‘The Viking’s Princess’ turned out to pretty much be non-stop action and drama, with a bit of family drama thrown in, and a wide array of criminals, as this installment involves MC gangs, a drug cartel and an Italian mob … at the least. Oh and we can’t forget the bitter / vendetta-having federal agent.
It sounds like chaos, and I suppose it is in some aspects, but makes sense and it all makes for a pretty fun listen.
Based on this read, I’d be open to reading more from both / either author(s).
Overall: 4 stars.

Gunnar and Bridget's story is action-packed, suspenseful, steamy, swoon-worthy, humorous, and riddled with twists and turns. It had my Kindle heating up, my heart in my throat pounding profusely with anticipation, and me laughing out loud, gasping in shock and surprise, feeling sad, and cheering on the girl squad who are feisty, hilarious, tough, and simply take no BS, even from a group of tough bikers.

It tells the story of Gunnar and Bridgett, but it felt scattered to me. Bridgett to me felt like she was brash and just not appreciative to what the club had done for her. I really could not connect with her, she did not feel as if she was obliged to the club for all they had been through for her. All the complaining she did when they got back showed her maturity level. All in all I thought Gunnar was different story and yes the fact that they both have previous issues he truly grabbed my heart with how he remained loyal to her. This story has more twist and turns that explain more of the underlying plot. It was a bit strewed for me. I will say this though the writing was pretty good but I felt lacked a seamless flow telling this story.

This is the second book of The Vikings MC series and the author hit another grand slam with this one. I loved Steel and Remi and gotta say I love Gunner and Bridget just as much. After being told to stay away from Gunner by her father Bridget and him secretly make up. When she is kidnapped by the cartel because of her fathers dirty dealings with them it is Gunner and the MC to the rescue. Bridget is madly in love with Gunner and Gunner will do anything and everything to keep his woman safe. I love the strong women in this series. They are definitely not pushovers and I love that they stand up to the men... This story is so full of it all....drama, action, chemisty, sizzle...you will not be sorry for reading it. I am so excited to see who's story is next in this series.

The Vikings Princess
This is the second book in the series and whilst it follows on from the cliff hanger of the first book the story this time is now told from the POV of Gunnar and Bridget.
Both characters have insecurities and that’s explored in the way the story is written in dual POV. You have Bridget who worries she is too much and wants to keep secrets to protect those she loves. Then you have Gunnar who is struggling with feelings and the need to protect. Their wants and needs are the same but they don’t realise and so it’s great to see how they grow together and the club opens up to the girls and vice versa.
There’s so many interconnecting characters and twists and turns in this story and knowing that each female friend is going to end up with one of the men just makes me want to read on.

I was a little disappointed that we meet Gunnar and Bridget after they have started their relationship. I need to read the first book to get caught up. However, this book was action packed. There is plenty of mystery and romance. Both Gunnar and Bridget have hot tempers. They are hot for each other. Bridget is pretty willful and independent. In the course of this story she is socked with new life changing revelations. She is determined to find out what mess her father has gotten her into. Gunnar does a remarkable job of rescuing her. Gunnar and Bridget's relationship grows and they grow as a couple. This MC does a great job of looking out for each other and Bridget and her friends.

When this first started out, I was confused. This is only the second one in the series, but there was a lot of talk about friends from the first one and stuff that happened in the first book. But as the story went along, I really came to like the characters. I became invested in Bridget and Gunnar ann their story. This has a lot of action and suspense.
The girl squad is trouble! They really helped make the story. Then add in the MC boys! They are tight but still honor the girls. I actually am looking forward to the next in the series.
I listen to this on Audio. Allyson Voller and Tyler Darby do an excellent job with the narration. I enjoyed listening to them, and what they brought to the story.

Love this!
Another great book to the Vikings MC series. One of my favorite things about this series is each book is a continuation of the previous book and story but it focuses on the couple that mostly impacts this portion of the overall story. The Viking’s Princess starts out with Bridget being kidnapped by the cartel and the MC and her friends have to save her. Bridget and Gunnar’s story is filled with high intense situations and jaw dropping sexual chemistry as they all work to keep the girls safe and find out what Bridget’s dad has gotten involved in. Once again I can’t wait for the next book and to read how Ming will bring Axel to his knees.

Bridget's dad does not like his daughter dating Gunnar. But it is not just a fling, Bridget's feelings for Gunnar run deep, she just needs to find a way to maintain her relationship with Gunnar without blowing up his life and the life of his MC brothers. I absolutely love these two characters. This is not a sweetheart romance, maybe that is why I loved it so much. I cannot wait to read the next book in the Vikings MC.

This is the 2nd book in The Vikings MC Series, this can be read as a stand alone but you would benefit from reading the 1st one! This is Bridget and Gunner’s story. was so so so good.. She was told to stay away from Gunner by her father. When she is kidnapped by the cartel because of her fathers dealings with them, Gunner and the MC Club come to her rescue. Just what did her father do to get her kidnapped? Can Gunner be able to keep her safe?

This series got even better. This one involves a girly girl who proves she has more on her mind than pretty clothes and expensive shoes. Her involvement with Gunnar heats up and she becomes the woman she wants to be as she gets involved in solving the mystery of what her Dad is up to. HEA, no cheating, no cliffhanger to the romance but there is an underlying threat to the girls and the MC that is an ongoing thread in the series. Highly recommend this book, series and this author.

Another fantastic read
These story's are getting better and better.
Completely action packed, with some very steamy, blush worthy scenes.
This one follows Gunner and his mission to tame his minx of a princess that has a penzance for grenades jumping into trees and roughing up Gunners feathers.
Bridget is used to getting her way, and loves her friends and family fiercely, that's until she finds out her daddy isn't what she thought he was. Now she is running from and mc and a cartel, when all she wants it to be in Gunners arms as he plays her like a fine tuned instrument.
