I loved this excellent book around diving deeper into how to work with your anxiety. It's a combination of concepts, exercises and reflection. You can do some of it in one sitting but there are also several exercises to help you ongoingly and to reflect as you do them over time. I found it to be very useful.

with gratitude to edelweiss and quarto group for an advanced copy in exchange for an honest review.
