*Orgasms BUT even more spankings*
I love how I decided to read this book instead of a sad story (romance) of a cancer patient and the wife he's left behind LOL.
Keri Esposito is the eighteen-year-old daughter of a mafia boss. The night before her arranged marriage to another mafia member, she escapes and goes to see Jaxon Blackwood, a billionaire known for liking naughty women and being a "Sugar daddy", in hopes that he can help her get out of the arranged marriage. (She's had a crush on him from afar mostly for a while.) Sure enough, he can help her. I swear it didn't matter what the problem was, this guy could fix anything/get anything done for you.
I get not wanting to be in an arranged marriage, but I would have had more sympathy for Keri if her betrothed wasn't 21 & was some older, creepy gentleman. Instead, Anthony seemed really nice and laidback.
Anyway, Keri embellishes the story, lying that her betrothed is a bad person. Jaxon finds out the truth and spanks her in punishment. She runs out on him, not being able to deal with her feelings of shame, embarrassment, anger, but also pleasure and desire. This cycle continues for a few years. (I wasn't expecting that twist--for her to run away when she was 18. I thought she was going to basically stay and live with him!)
I went into this, excepting a trashy book but it was surprisingly well-written! The nuances of all of Keri's emotions right before and being spanked were very well thought and realistic. Obviously, she felt ashamed for being wet and liking the spankings.
There was a lot of push and pull between Jaxon and Keri. As I said, she kept running away from him. He handled it very well. I would have been incredibly frustrated if I was him. And all along, she was wondering if she was just another girl that he helped out and spanked...
Her continual running away was almost to the point where it annoyed me, but luckily not quite.
What I think could have been improved upon is that once she finally stayed at his house and they had sex, we never heard about her job more or what happened after she fired her assistant.
Also, can a girl really orgasm twenty times in a row?? 😂😂😂 Not even twenty, but ten! (that happened too!) Someone, please let me know!

This was a super quick read with some DD/lg vibes thrown in. Not outright age play but there is discipline and the H likes to be called Daddy and refers to the heroine as his little girl.
It’s definitely inst-lust for both MCs that morphs into an obsessive kind of love.
The story had a lot of potential but the quick pace forced the story to skip ahead a lot which I wasn’t a fan of. For instance, we meet the heroine when she’s 18 and a virgin. She runs to the H and he disciplines and brings her to orgasm. She freaks out and runs away only to come back to him for help 7 years later! Things again escalate (this time with a blow job) and she runs again, this time staying away for a whole year.
Each separation felt jarring while reading and kept pulling me out of the moment. I didn’t end up feeling any real or lasting chemistry between them.

I find that I like stories that are about strong characters that include spanking; however, some stories, like this one, goes beyond one or two spanking scenes. Some authors think that more is better. I am not a fan of masochistic elements. That is where this book went off the rails for me.
The storyline was different and enough to intrigue me. The strong feelings that these characters had for each other, most especially over the span of 8 years, or better, was captivating. Unfortunately, this magnetic attraction seemed to be mostly on Keri’s part. She kept coming back, irresistibly drawn to him, time and again. Although her “Daddy” did work in the background to protect and help, manipulating events and people in her life.
Where this stopped being entertaining was when the Dom used a belt to punish Keri. I find using paddles, brushes and belts takes these stories to another level.
Keri is definitely uncomfortable with anal sex and makes it known to her Dom. It makes no difference to him; he obviously wants Keri to bend to his will. The first scene involving anal sex is violent and reminiscent of rape. I found it very disturbing.
Some books that include anal play include the introduction of such an act with plugs, of varying sizes. The scenes, in this book, did not even offer something like this. It was obvious that this was his way or the highway.
As their relationship develops, over a year, the everyday spankings are overkill. Having Keri eat, wearing no panties, with her dress around her waist, in his restaurant and sending her into an all-day spa day, without benefit of a robe as she moves from treatment to treatment, and finally, insisting that she record herself masturbating after each treatment, to review later with her Dom, are meant to humiliate and cement his dominance over her.
I was just tired after finishing this book. I wanted it to be over. I prefer books in which both characters come to love and equally want and desire each other. Keri did all the giving and loving. He just wanted complete control and dominance over her.

Keri is being forced into an arranged marriage by her father, so she goes to an even more powerful man for help. He helps her but not before taking her over his knee for a sound spanking. This won’t be the last time he does that, and she loves it. Fast-paced read with loads of drama and intense chemistry. Hot and steamy. I really liked it.

Where do I even start?! I found this book randomly and thought maybe I will give it a try. Cover was nice enough and the blurb was interesting. The first few chapters were fine. Getting into the Author's style, get to know the characters etc...
So there is a difference between being a "little girl" and acting like a brat and being annoying and plain stupid and reckless. I was really close to DNF at 55% because of Keri. There is not much going on about our "Daddy". He is very rich, and can "take care of ANYTHING" (for a price of course).
Plot was not going anywhere really, even with the time jumps, just kept repeating the same thing all over. Same for the drama. Sex scenes were so unbelievable: Have you seen/ heard of anyone having 20+ orgasms in 24hs? A normal person can reach probably around 4-5 if they are lucky, but after the overstimulation the whole nervous system reacts differently. And probably would pass out after 15, if it happens without a break. I would be interested what kind of research went into that the maximum reachable orgasm/average person... In this case, again, less is more.
Also this type of relationship and power dynamic between characters is a red flag for me. I could not see any real romance going between them, more like a business transaction. Sex for favors.
But I am no judge of the standards of fictional characters. But was a bit surprised for all the high ratings. For me it is more like (another) representation of a toxic relationship. It teaches women that this is normal in a way (it is not) and there are far too many people out there who will take adventage of you. There are more healthier stories about DD/LG dynamics. This one is far more controlling and kind of abusive (in the disguise of love/romance).
Not much aftercare or love. I do not even get how Keri fall in love with him at all.
I do not think I will read more from this Author. But sure I will give another try if the book seems interesting enough.

February 22, 2021No stars for this book from me. I hated it. I kept waiting for it to improve, but it never did. While I realize loads of people are into pain and suffering in their private lives, I am also aware that MOST of those relationships have a written contract and a safe word that goes along with them. This Dom had no safe word for the woman he wanted to dominate. He didn't have a contract set up with hard and/or soft limits for her. He simply took joy and even was aroused at her pain. The more she begged him to stop, the worse the "punishment" became. For every time she needed help with something, he punished her all the more harder. What does this tell women? That it's NOT okay to ask a man in their lives for help? When someone is in this type of relationship, there is usually always a way out for the Sub when a limit is reached. While I didn't like the female in this book any more than I liked the male, my sympathies have to go with her because she WAS the sub who should have had a safe word. The idea in most of these relationships is...Dominate...NOT BREAK. It should NEVER go to this extreme. I realize how it ended for both of them was supposedly a happy ending, but I found it demeaning, cruel and totally unacceptable.

I am very surprised by all the 4+ star reviews, I guess to each their own... truly. I was really looking forward to being entertained by this Daddy romance and it fell really short.
Even though the book began strong and held my attention, I felt Dissatisfied pretty fast on the first 25% of the book. There was WAY TOO MUCH ‘inner fluff’ of the first spanking scene and in addition both H/h monologues dragged on and on... and on.
I thought there would be a turning point at the “7 Years Later” but honestly, it became annoying when she went crawling back for the fact that she couldn’t take care of a problem herself. To me, that makes the heroine character meek and weak. Now, if the storyline changed to wear Jaxson had business in her work environment or they met up somewhere else and he demanded a “finish”... that would have totally given this book a more flare.
Sorry to say though I DNF at 37%. At this point it was repetitive and I couldn’t get past that...

I found this billionaire romance quite fascinating to read & it has an intriguing disciplinarian “Daddy Dom” undertone. The plot is entertaining with some intense moments, good world building & graphic scene descriptions. I was quite fascinated by the character’s influences on each other as they continued to develop throughout the story-line & found them to be quite unique with interesting traits.
It is about: a young woman (Keri) is definitely not impressed with her despicable father (Richard Esposito) & don of a mafia crime family when he makes a decision for an arranged marriage to the son (Anthony Battista) of another mafia don & turns to a domineering billionaire (Jaxon Blackwood) for help.
There is: drama, twists & turns, intrigue, suspense, drama, blackmail, devious intentions, threats, danger, enemies, complications, office rivalry, jealousy, defiance, manipulations, deceit, discipline, spankings, humiliation, domination/submission, emotional turmoil, determination, confrontations, contentment, love, explicit steamy scenes & a satisfying conclusion.

Sara always touches on subjects that are taboo and I sometimes live vicariously through her stories. They're that HOT!! 'Blush for Daddy' is no exception. When Kerri's father has arranged for her to marry a man she's never met six months after she turns eighteen, she realizes she needs help. That's where Jaxon comes in. Even though she's young, naïve, and inexperienced she knew what turned her on so when she asked Jaxson for his help she consented to role-play his fantasy. She thought that would be an even trade but when the role-play turned read it was a bit too much. Kerri found herself in trouble several times through the book and several times she asked Jaxon for help. Jaxon was always happy to solve the problem and collect his due. Kerri has the battle of mind and body but can't stop, nor does she want to. This was another great read from Sara Fields.

So, Keri needs to get some help to get out of this marriage, so she goes to Jaxon, who will help her, for a price.
I like Keri. I get why she makes some of her decisions and why she gets angry and so filled with pride. I totally get that, and I might be with her in some of her choices. I think that Jaxon has her number now, and he's not going to let her get away with stuff. I think that he's going to support her and let her flourish even as he keeps her under control.
This was pretty hot AF.

I am honestly not sure what to say about this book. I normally enjoy Daddy stories and even BDSM, but in this story it bordered on abuse since Jaxon would always say whatever he was going to do to Keri would hurt, even sex. On the other hand, Keri clearly had anger issues and claimed to feel better after being spanked very hard or after sex. Although Keri obviously worked hard to get through school and worked her way up through business, she kept falling back on needing someone else to take care of her problems like a child. She did at least stand up for herself against her father about being forced into a marriage against her will and got information to the right person to get him sent to jail. It is a mish mash of mafia and rich men who get things taken care of even if they should not be taken care of. Jaxon and Keri seemed to have a very weird relationship, but it seemed to work for their odd personalities.

Will she give in to her true feelings
Keri’s father Richard Esposito is the most vile ruthless man ever on this earth. He is forcing his daughter Keri to marry the son of the Barrista’s, it would give her father a unbreakable alliance between the Esposito and Barrista’s. Keri has repeatedly told him and her mother she does not want to marry him. At a cake tasting for the wedding her father threatens her with her life if she doesn’t do what he wants her to do. She is worthless to him and it was easier to put her down. He totally humiliated her and explains that she is nothing to him, nothing but a pawn that he can move around so his life is better. As she gets home on the night before the wedding she know she’s only got One last chance to make things different. She goes to see Mr Jaxon Blackwood.
She asks for his help and explains what’s happened. Keri doesn’t feel that he will help her so she has a few extra made up bits to her story. Then he leaves to make some phone calls.
Jaxon can’t believe what he hears when he speaks to her father. He is completely despicable and Jaxon knows that he has enough on the man to put them away. Then he rings Anthony Battista he man she’s meant to Marry and this is where her story starts to blur from truth to lies. And he can’t have his little girl lying to him. So when he goes back into the room and asked if she told the truth, she says yes. Jaxon gets Keri to ring the Anthony and cancel the wedding. This is where it gets extremely exciting because as he explained he is going to help her he is going to make it all go away but she lied to him. And he can’t have his little girl lying to her Daddy.
Would Keri be the little girl daddy wanted?? Could she go through a punishment for lying??
There is so much more to the story than just this one interaction. Keri is so strong willed that she doesn’t want to admit to what she needs and Jaxon can give her that but she fights it boy oh boy did she fight it. Jaxon is the patient man he is just so strong and sexy. I really liked the interactions between Jaxon and Keri. It makes your skin tingle. I couldn’t put this book down and I could read about their story forever. I know I will re-read this book over and over again. It is lush

Keri’s father Richard Esposito is the most vile ruthless man ever on this earth. He is forcing his daughter Keri to marry the son of the Barrista’s, it would give her father a unbreakable alliance between the Esposito and Barrista’s. Keri has repeatedly told him and her mother she does not want to marry him. At a cake tasting for the wedding her father threatens her with her life if she doesn’t do what he wants her to do. She is worthless to him and it was easier to put her down. He totally humiliated her and explains that she is nothing to him, nothing but a pawn that he can move around so his life is better. As she gets home on the night before the wedding she know she’s only got One last chance to make things different. She goes to see Mr Jaxon Blackwood.
She asks for his help and explains what’s happened. Keri doesn’t feel that he will help her so she has a few extra made up bits to her story. Then he leaves to make some phone calls.
Jaxon can’t believe what he hears when he speaks to her father. He is completely despicable and Jaxon knows that he has enough on the man to put them away. Then he rings Anthony Battista he man she’s meant to Marry and this is where her story starts to blur from truth to lies. And he can’t have his little girl lying to him. So when he goes back into the room and asked if she told the truth, she says yes. Jaxon gets Keri to ring the Anthony and cancel the wedding. This is where it gets extremely exciting because as he explained he is going to help her he is going to make it all go away but she lied to him. And he can’t have his little girl lying to her Daddy.
Would Keri be the little girl daddy wanted?? Could she go through a punishment for lying??
There is so much more to the story than just this one interaction. Keri is so strong willed that she doesn’t want to admit to what she needs and Jaxon can give her that but she fights it boy oh boy did she fight it. Jaxon is the patient man he is just so strong and sexy. I really liked the interactions between Jaxon and Keri. It makes your skin tingle. I couldn’t put this book down and I could read about their story forever. I know I will re-read this book over and over again. It is lush

I received an Advanced Reader Copy from the publisher and am voluntarily reviewing it. Whew! another outstanding job from Sara. She has the innate ability to weave a story that it mixed with some serious sex acts. I really don’t know how she does it. I was able to understand this character and almost able to feel her hurt, pain and pleasure. This story grabs you and you have to know how it will end. Like I said, Whew!

Keri being young and inexperienced did not really know what she wanted but knew what turned her on. There is a difference between fantasy and reality. Their first encounter was supposed to be role play, right? He would help her out and she would role play his fantasy. Even trade or so she thought. This “role play” turned real and way too much for young Keri.

This book is mainly spankings. With his hand, with his belt, with his wooden spoon, and with a special little wooden paddle.
There's a little plot and a conflict and resolution so it's a story. It's only fifteen chapters so it's a relatively quick read. It's a little redundant so it could be shorter. Or the characters could have been developed and the conflict and resolution could have been enhanced to make this into a really good book.
I couldn't get invested in the characters because there's so little character development. We're told she's a daughter of a mafia kingpin and therefore she's an innocent virgin. We're told the H is an extremely rich, play boy who will help "little" girls in exchange for them willingly calling him "Daddy" and letting him spank them. She's capable, but seeks help from him. He has many connections in all walks of life and can fix any problem with a few phone calls and cash. That's pretty much all I know about the two main characters.
We follow her story a little bit more than his. I think it's so that we know the nature of the problem that prompts her to visit him. I often wondered through the book exactly what H was doing in between these visits. One scene does have him on her tv screen showing that he was cutting a ribbon at a grand opening. I wondered if she was the only one dropping by or how many actually just dropped by to ask for help and a bout of spankings.
The sex scenes were average. I felt like a lot of it was repeated throughout the book and became too much even in comparison to sex scenes in other books.
I can't recommend this book.

Hot dam Sara fields this book was awesome I just couldn’t put it down and I must say I was turned on by it but who wouldn’t be, anyway I loved that Jaxon Blackwood was a strong Dom Daddy and wanted to help Keri with her money hungry father marring her off to another mob boss family but in return she must submit to a sound spanking he new this was what she needed and didn’t know it, but she wouldn’t give in because she wasn’t ready and was to young and ran away. Now 7yrs later she is back and she needs his help again but it will cost her more this time around and is she prepared to take his punishment and pleasure now. Keri Esposito has grown up in a mob family and her father has made a deal to marry her off to another mob family for the money and power he will receive but Keri is not going to let that happen so asks Jaxon Blackwood for his help but is not sure what it will cost her because everyone knows that Jaxon has special proclivities that women desire and he likes to be called Daddy so can she really do anything for his help. The deal is done and a sound spanking is the cost but she is scared and turn on at the same time and Jaxon knows this by her bodies response during and after but how can that be Keri is so confused and runs away. Now 7 yrs later she is back needing his help again but she is ready this time and wants him but is she really ready to put it all on the line and will Jaxon fight to keep her this time after letting her go last time. Are the both ready to give in.

Seven years later, she goes to him again when she is in trouble, and again he fixes things, and spanks her even harder this time, after catching her in another lie. She thinks about him daily, and dreams of him often, and a year later, runs to him yet again. He again rescues her, and this time takes everything from her, including her surrender and her heart.
Well-written, this story contains the panty-melting scenes we have come to expect from Ms. Fields. Our heroine is feisty, and while she can make it on her own, it is instinctive for her to turn to Daddy, who captured her heart before she went to him the first time. Jaxson is a strong Hero who has a firm hand with his little girl, knowing what she needs even when she cannot or will not admit it to herself. This was a fantastic escape from reality, and a delicious read. If you like a good dark novel, this will not disappoint.

He’s willing to do so, but at a price! The first chapters take the reader thru their initial meeting, and it is hot, hot, hot! Then the story takes an abrupt turn which you do not see coming. The balance of the story continues the theme of desire, discipline, denial and flight, until the very sexual, very erotic, thrilling climax (pun intended). This book represents Sara Fields at her best! Real humans, believable angst, desire and fulfillment. The story is long on relationship building and features some of the most delicious spanking scenes, utterly erotic sex scenes and the ultimate HEA. I truly hope she follows up with more contemporary stories of this magnitude. 5 Stars

What a wonderful read, great characters and storyline loved every moment
I loved this book right from the very start to the last page, the characters were simply wonderful and as always, the storyline had been written so very well it was almost possible to close your eyes and imagine yourself a fly on the wall.
I do not want to spoil the story for other and so will say only that Keri Espisito a beautiful eighteen-year-old female had discovered she was to be married off to ruthless mobsters son, to whom money and power was no object everything was in his grasp.
When she had come to him he had decided that he would step in and would help her, he explained that she would obey him and that any disobedience, lies or poor behaviour would lead to punishment.
She knew that He expected to be called Daddy and that he would be firm, fair and loving as long as she adhered by the rules. What neither of them had actually anticipated was that their feelings of love would grow.

This may not be for all readers, do read authors synopsis to understand what you may be prepared for.
I’d like to have given it 5 stars but just fell short on ending for me. Jason pressed forth who he is and what he expected from his ‘little girl’ Keri, who by the way is definitely age appropriate. It was a long road for Keri, a Mafia Mobster father with not only power but a heavy hand to suit. An arranged wedding, high expectations, climbing work position ladders these are some situations which Keri fought for and did overcome some but ....... JAXON Daddy was the one person whom she relied on to pave her way.
Will not spoil as much is written and needs to be read by individuals who accept writing styles as this. This was not role playing as one might have read in other books. There were high expectations from Jaxon so do be prepared. There was never a dull moment in what ‘Daddy’ did!
If you are willing to take the journey with Jaxon & Keri be prepared and open minded. If you enjoy reading Daddy stories, you will not be disappointed. Remember, do read authors synopsis, this is not for all readers.

I received an ARC from the author thru Booksprout and am voluntarily leaving my review. This is a dark romance between Keri and Jaxon. He is a Daddy Dom and she is a young woman in need of help and guidance. He agrees to help her out of a forced marriage but catches her in a lie. He expects her to accept her punishment if she was going to lie. Afterwards she panics and takes off. Several years later she comes back to him again. She finds herself in a similar situation, older but still not as prepared for it all. Jaxon has been patient but lying and running seems to be a thing. He knows what she needs, and he knows he wants her as his Little girl. It might not ever happen though. Their story has darker drama, mafia families, discipline and lust. If any of those are not your preference, this might not be the book for you. But if these fall into some of your favorite genres, then you will enjoy this book.

Keri wasn’t about to do as her father said. He had her life planned out for her since she was 5. She wasn’t about to go through with a marriage contract that he created. She needed help. Jaxon was willing to help her but she had to show respect. She would be taken care of but if she was naughty she would be receiving a bare bottom spanking. Jaxon is a man that can get the job done. He is more powerful then her father. But she can’t explain the feels he brings out in here. Fast forward, Keri has moved on but still hasn’t learned. Never lie to Jaxon or you will be punished. I shook my head. Did she not learn anything after all this time? She needed Jaxon again and was going to realize how much. He brought out that little girl that wanted to be cared for and loved. Jaxon was breaking down her walls but he was patient. I have to say she was foolish at times. But she learn with a very sore bottom and a lot of love.
