This book was fun, but it was also a little sad because it felt like the end of an era. I’ve been dipping in and out of Jacobs’ Kirk Sandblaster series for a while now and I’ve always been pretty happy with what they’ve delivered. He’s got more polished as a writer as the series went on and so this is one of the best of the lot.
