Seasons: How To Grow And Succeed During Times Of Transition

Rate this book
You have big life questions. This book will give you clear, direct answers! After successfully serving in one place for more than twenty years, Charles Jenkins came to a critical point when he had to ask himself some very difficult questions, “Is your season in this role over?” “What season of life are you in?” and “How do you know when it's time to leave?” “Where are you headed?” When he arrived at his answers and made the announcement of his transition, he trended across social media for two days. This time, he was on the receiving end of “How did you know it was time for a change?” “How did you hear from God?” “How did you plan and roll out the transition?” and “How did you discover what's next?" Transitions are always times of upheaval. They challenge us to clarify our purpose, assess our talents, have compassion for all those affected, and find the courage to make bold decisions. This book is Charles’ answer to the questions. In these pages, he inspires people to consider that they might be on the verge of a new season. But this book isn’t just a philosophy of change; he describes concrete practices that help people take the next step . . . and the next . . . and the next. If you’re even thinking about a transition, this book is for you. If you’re already in one, read this before you take another step. Charles will be your mentor, your friend, and your guide.
