Yummy! I've tried the Spicy Chicken Katsu, the Vodka Rigatoni, and the Ultimate Brownies.

The Vodka Rigatoni I've made a few more times already as it's so easy and delicious.
The Ultimate Brownies were good, but very gooey and sickly - so great in small doses for a treat (/heart attack)
The Chicken Katsu was ok, I wasn't so keen on the sauce, but will definitely look at using panko again. Though the amount of washing up that was left in my kitchen afterwards...

Overall, I can't wait to start making more recipes from the book - I've been really impressed so far! The recipes do vary in complexity and time to prepare, and I have found the odd confusing instruction, but the end results have been good. I'd recommend to anyone who likes either cooking or comfort food.

Very well described recipes and easy to follow. I have seen her videos on tiktok and didn’t realise she wrote the book. Good inspiration to make dinners.
