Through the consistent application of these comprehensive methods, you will not only be able to sustain a meditation practice, but also steadily get closer to reaching inner happiness.
Rucha started meditating when she was ten years old. She grew up with a meditation practice without realizing it until she was well into her thirties.
Rucha began noticing how her on-again, off-again practice throughout her life affected her mental well-being. On the days she meditated, she would feel balanced and present. While on the days she didn't meditate, she felt easily agitated and off. This led her to commit to a daily meditation practice in 2015.
Since then, she has not missed one day of meditation. This is when the real transformation began taking place. Having found more inner peace and happiness, Rucha wrote The Meditation Sutras to help others also find the bliss within.
