All The Right Things the most recent work by up and coming author Stephanie Renee, was a sweet read. A tale of lies, sorrow, forgiveness, passion, and love. Soul mates brought together by fate must battle the heartache of their past as they fight for the promise of their future. Stephanie Renee we look forward to future work!

This book was a delight. I've been reading a lot of angst lately, and needed something a little sweeter to lighten my mood so I grabbed this off my TBR shelf. So glad I did.
Stephanie Renee gives us quite a couple to root for with Jonas and Andi. Despite living in Texas, I'm generally not into cowboys, but my lord Jonas Mitchell is a swoon-worthy book boyfriend. My only complaint might be that Andi drives me a little crazy sometimes with her indecision and self-esteem issues, but she eventually gets her act together and I came away feeling really good about this book. Excited to read about the other Mitchell brothers in the upcoming books.

I never knew I wanted to live on a ranch with a sexy cattle rancher until I read this book. But man do I ever!! This book was packed with steam, witty banter, and plenty of emotions to pull on your heartstrings every now and then. I loved how honest and real Andi was, and how she wasn’t written to be some perfect woman. She was portrayed with the same anxieties that most women have and it didn’t skirt around the heavy stuff. I also enjoyed how Andi viewed her body as having jiggly parts but Jonas saw them as juicy. Just goes to show that sometimes women are harder on their so called flaws that men really love. If you’re looking for a sweet romance with plenty of love scenes— grab this one and get ready to start looking for property in Tennessee when you’re done.

There are so many reasons I loved this book- sexy men treating a curvy woman right always hits me right in the feels since I've always struggled with my size & feeling worthy. We also see Andi grow and become the person she wanted to be rather than the person she thought she should be. The importance of family and forgiveness is a major part of Jonas & Andi's story. Plus, their sexy times are hot, hot, hot.🔥🔥🔥 This is for sure one of my favorite books of 2021 thus far!

This book grabs your attention right from the beginning. It also gets right to the point with the love story. This was my favorite part of this novel. Most romance novels drag on debating if they are in love or attracted to the other. I loved the fact that the characters are open and honest right from the beginning.
This book was also very heated in the bedroom department and was a different change from other books I normally read. However I can’t wait to read the next one in the series. You won’t be disappointed in this romance book.

ARC review- This is a sweet small town romance. I actually enjoyed reading a romance where the main characters were actually honest and open with their feelings. In so many books I find myself screaming at the characters to just say what's on their mind! In Toni and Jonah's case all the angst had happened before they met and this was more of a story about new love and learning to trust.
I can imagine spin offs for the ancillary characters as they were well written and I'd love to know more about how life progresses for Toni and Jonah.

Andi’s insecurity about her weight is a turn off… But apparently, the hot cowboy likes girls with jiggly big asses- and of course he doesn’t like skinny women- now if you look at the cover of this book, that girl looks like a tiny little thing..

This book had some good elements. I liked Andi’s perseverance as she looks for a fresh start, Jonas’ devotion to her, and how they had to work through realistic issues. But I still felt like their connection was lacking at times.

So Andi moves to a small town after a lackluster marriage and learns some things after her husband died that shake her up.
So, I appreciated that Andi had insecurities like everyone else, especially after her ordeals, but I felt like they bogged down the story. I kept wondering what Jonas liked so much about her when she basically just feels bad about herself and shows it. I know that was needed to show growth but it was a little much at times.
I also feel like Jonas was a little too perfect. He says a few low key douchey things in the beginning (he’s not a manwhore, but “is a guy” so of course loves p***y and casually dates, he wouldn’t want his friends hearing he might have sappy feelings, etc) but other than that basically exists to reassure Andi. She even says many times that he always says the right thing.
I liked Jonas’ family but felt like it could’ve been explored more. I don’t like how Andi pushes him to immediately forgive his brother without really knowing the situation. Everyone is different and I’m sure he has his reasons and will figure it out himself.
There are a few conflicts- most of them stemming from Andi’s own issues, and some from her past. None are too angst ridden, which made it an ok quick read for me.
I’m not super interested in Jessie’s book after hearing some of his background. Also - the heroine is Andi’s friend Tracy?? Who he apparently dated in the past but for some reason this isn’t once mentioned in this book?

Beneath the romance are themes worth noting, especially from Andi’s point of view. About family—not having one, then finding one; about home—not knowing where “home” is; and about following impulses and taking chances. Other themes include abandonment and addiction.
I appreciate that there is nothing pretentious about Andi and Jonas; they say what they mean, which is especially important once the significance of the book’s title is revealed. Throughout, Andi is candid about her fears and insecurities regarding self-image, others’ devotion, and trust.
It sure does get steamy down South! The sizzling scenes are plentiful; in between is some innuendo (“It’s been so long since I’ve had steak” and “I read a lot of romance novels. I take notes”) and other funny bits, one involving a close encounter with a pizza.
This honest, small town romance has enough drama to make readers feel for the characters, but spares readers the sensationalized melodrama that can sometimes derail a good story. All the Right Things is a book that, like its characters, stays true to itself.

This book was a nice surprise. I have never read a book by this author, but I will definitely be reading the next one in this series.
The book will hook you from the first chapter. You meet Andi and she is at his husband's funeral. You soon learn her husband had a lot of secrets that he will hiding. She can't take it anymore and decides to be spontaneous and moves to a little town in Tennessee. This is where she meets cattle rancher, Jonas. Jonas is not like any man she has known. He is HOT, caring, passionate and just all around a good guy.
The two have an instant attraction with one another and things begin to move fast. She is worried they are moving too fast and has some fears, but one talk with Jonas and everything is better. This book was refreshing because neither one of them kept anything from each other. Whatever they were thinking or feeling, they let each other know. It felt like a real grown up relationship. They were not afraid to be open and honest with each other.
This book was full of romance and had plenty of swoon moments, with very little angst. Jonas is the perfect book boyfriend, so patient and caring towards Andi. The only negative thing I can say about this book is some parts dragged on. I felt like the author was too detailed and described every little thing. But I will definitely read the next book in this series!

This was my first book written by Stephanie Renee and I thoroughly enjoyed it. Jonas is a good ole country boy with a big heart and Andi is the sweetest thing that didn't come from the country. Being a southern girl myself, I can say the small-town vibe is pretty accurate depending on where you find yourself in the south. Still sweet as pumpkin pie but the hardships of being an "outsider" are still possible. In regards to the storyline, it was a sweet little romance with big feelings. Drama hits you right out the gate with Andi's story and the punches keep coming. Life lessons are taught... Andi learns to cope with her self-confidence and being vulnerable and Jonas learns to accept change.
The ending is what got to me the most. As an adoptee, any storyline that includes adoption, foster families, abandonment issues, etc makes me feel huge feelings. Not like a PTSD trigger but it hits too close to home. I appreciate how those chapters were written, especially with the acceptance, love, and difficult conversations. It's hard to wrap a mind around these kinds of situations and it was nice to have those questions brought up so openly and in a caring way. Not all of us have that kind of reunion and some never find out their history or have questions answered.
Ultimately, this book was a dramatic, two perspective romance that ended in a HEA. I cannot wait to read the next installment in this series.

There is a major flaw
The fishing scene isn't in the book instead the bar scene is in there twice. Not much of a loss, but it needs to be fixed. The book is just not well done. There are so many things that don't need to be in this book. I kept asking myself why is this fact important and then it turns out it isn't important. There is just a wandering aimlessness to the whole story. The love scenes aren't anything to write home about. The conflict seems tacked on and exaggerated. The only bad person in the entire story is dead. There are hints of what motivated his actions but is it the truth or just what she wants to believe. I'm seriously tired of you can't love me because I'm fat. In fact, I hated Andi. It takes two people to exist in a relationship. If she wasn't happy then she should have put on her big girl panties. Honestly, Jonas was so cliched he was boring. He's gorgeous with a hot body. He says all the right things even when she's self sabotaging. He has a big member, talks dirty and has a bit of a wild streak in the bedroom. He cooks and doesn't expect her to clean. He's perfect. And it's boring. Have him be hot in a non-traditional way, give him charisma instead of pretty. Have him get frustrated with her. Make him a real person instead of romance novel man. She has all the flaws in the relationship and you question why he is with her.

The opening chapter in this book breaks down your soul a little bit. It definitely gets your attention. After Andi's whole life is cast into doubt, she decides to start over somewhere completely new. Readers will be proud of her for taking strides to move on with her life after tragedy. Andi is brave and determined to push through her fear of starting over. One of my favorite parts in the book is when she is watching a chick flick yelling at the main character to "Run away because all men are scum". LOL Even though Jonas leaves readers with a less than stellar first impression, we know he is going to prove Andi's claim about men wrong. And prove it, he does. I love how Jonas senses her low self-confidence and constantly encourages and compliments her to boost her little by little. The parental figures, Jonas's mom, Annie, and Andi's foster mom, Cheryl, are strong supports for Andi, having not known her biological mom. There is family drama everywhere toward the end as more of Michael's secrets come to light, and Jonas rekindles a relationship with his wayward brother. I really enjoyed how the author brought the whole story full circle in the ending. Very sweet story with likeable characters and relationships.

Will it count as my review if all i do is rave about Jonas Mitchell??? Because hot damn! He is perfection. He sure as hell lives up to the book title. Such a sweet and kind cowboy with just the right amount of wrong(winkwink) mixed in. 10/10 he is book boyfriend of the year. Andi reminded me too much of myself so i had a love/hate relationship with her character throughout the whole book.
I loved that this book was low drama, yes there were obviously obsticals to get through to make the book the right amount of broodingness(is this a recognized word by the english dictionary?). The main characters were so communicative with each other that i just sighed in contentment. I don't mind a misunderstanding/miscommunication or two but when the whole book is based off of that it get old, fast. The depiction of small town living was hit right on the nail. Both the negative of small towns and the positive. I can't express how pleasant this book was to read. If you want a small town low drama but plenty of heat book give ALL The Right Things a shot. You won't regret it, i mean just look at the book title for goodness sakes.

This is a real feel good romance. If you love southern men who dote on their sweethearts then this is the book for you.
Andi married her high school best friend, making her feel safe and secure after growing up in the foster system. But when he dies unexpectedly, all his secrets start coming to light. She desperately needs a fresh start decides and rents a house on a cattle ranch, there she finds her new landlord hard to resist.
Jonas loves small town life and his ranch and isn't sure if his new city-slicker tenant feels the same. But he's smitten from the moment they meet.
I enjoyed how Jonas was so into Andi, and it was mostly him pursuing her, but he was so careful with how he treated her, even before he knew the whole story. I think he could have easily turned into a bit of a doormat as he was so quick to apologise for everything, and I'm glad he didn’t completely, he managed to stay sweet and supportive.
Andi clearly had a ton of stuff to deal with from her past and Jonas was there to help, but she also helped Jonas with his family issues too.
The book deals with the highs and lows of this relationship as they work together to ensure that they other is happy but may also bring a few tears to your eyes along the way.
I can't wait for the next book in the series.

If you want a hunky cowboy sweet romance this book is for you. Stephanie has you swooning over the hot hunky cowboy named Jonas. She does an amazing job of having you hooked from the beginning.
Andi is a curvy beautiful woman that has just had her life turned upside down and decides to start over. She picks Grady, Tennessee out of a hat and on she goes. She is renting a house at a cattle ranch and meets the owner, the hot cowboy.
Jonas is anything but a typical ranch owner. He is hot, built, a gentleman and impossible to ignore. He introduces himself to Andi but notices she has no furniture yet & offers her a place to stay.
What could go wrong staying with the hunky cowboy? Will she open up about why she's starting over or keep her walls up? How does she react to the dirty talking gentleman that is her landlord?

I love a good alpha cowboy and Jonah fits the bill - strong, stubborn and hot. He rents out a house on his property to Andi who is running away from a life of lies and hurt. Jonah falls quickly but can she risk her heart to find love again?
There were so many good elements to this story. The MCs have great chemistry and heat. Loved the characters but there was a lot of inner monologues that got tedious, in the first 65% of the book. I got bored and wanted more interactions with other characters, which picks up in the last 35%. I really got into the book at that point, when instead of skirting the emotions and issues we really dive in and get some movement and drama.
I was rooting for Jonah and Andi and was glad to see their HEA. This book also did a great job setting up book two but didn't really introduce all the brothers or explore their connection much. It would have provided some much needed dialogue to move the plot in the beginning when it seemed to drag.
Overall a good book. I enjoyed it.

I really wanted to love All the Right Things because who doesn't love a southern cowboy story? I'll tell you my sweet, southern heart does. Especially after the book started on immediate tragedy. There were some interesting elements, like how Andi chooses where she's going to move that I thought could have been the setup to a great story. However, the overwhelming theme to this story was boring. Andi's insecurities got old after about the seventeenth time she mentioned the exact same thing and for a 30-year old woman, she's incredibly immature. I tried to give her a lot of grace for being someone without a lot of life experience having gone straight from foster care to life with Michael and never really having any experiences outside of that, but I just found her annoying and boring and while I think that Jonas was a good character, I also felt exasperated with how many times he had to try to reassure Andi's insecurities. This book could also do well with a great edit.

Andi is looking for a fresh start - her past is marked with so much tragedy and loss that she feels like she needs to go someplace where no one knows her to start a new life. When she ends up in a small town in Tennessee, she meets a handsome rancher who is her new landlord - Jonas. The attraction between the two of them is immediate but Andi worries that moving on so quickly with Jonas will derail her plan to live the life she wants to live. Woven into the story are ideas about family and what makes a family. Andi is lacking in that department but Jonas may have a bit too much!
I thought both characters were kind and wanted the best for each other and for those around them. It looks like this will be the first book in a series about Jonas, his family and the other residents of Grady.

Small town romance. Jonas Mitchell, cattle farmer, he's rude to his new tenant so he walks across the field and apologizes. This starts the best path going forward totally. Andi, has literally picked a state name out of the hat and looked up cities and she picks Grady, TN as Grady is her maiden name. She can't believe the good fortune she's received in coming here and meeting Jonas. Nothing ever good happens to her, that's why she's packed up and left everything she's known and ends in in Tennessee.
The story takes place over a short period of time and thus Andi can't believe it's all too good to be true. The book picks up pace at the very end when everything happens at once. I absolutely loved the epilogue.

Talk about a book that captures their readers. The first chapter had me hooked! Total twist you would not see coming, but I glad it did.

Wow!! I loved reading All the Right Things (A Grady Romance: Book 1) by Stephanie Renee because it was such a moving and very steamy story about Andi and Jonas. Andi was married and her husband had died. He had many skeletons in his closet which forced Andi to move halfway across the country. She met Jonas who was her landlord and things became very steamy for them. Andi had a lot of issues with her past and was trying to come to terms with that. Jonas was a wonderful man to Andi. I loved their chemistry together. It was hot and passionate and he made he feel good inside and out. He was was she needed. Loved all the nicknames he called her. I received an ARC of this story in exchange for an honest opinion. I Loved it and would highly recommend reading it.

But after 10 yrs of marriage Michael died in a car accident and her life is turned upside down as truths start coming out. Andi is in a state of shock and anger and is desperate for a new beginning. She packs her stuff up and picks a place to move to that happens to be on a cattle ranch in a small town that is the same as her last name. Enter Jonas the owner of the ranch.
Both have issues in their life they need to deal with but Jonas has a heart of gold and seems to be the rock that she needs.
Can they get through all the garbage and find happiness?

I loved this book! It's not what I normally read but it grabbed my attention from the very first chapter. I was expecting a slow burn and it was anything but.
Andi needs a fresh start and moves into Jonas' guest house on his ranch. They are immediately attracted to each other and begin to build their relationship right away but Andi wants to stand on her own two feet for the first time and slows them down some. I admire that about her. I wasn't too fond of so many fade to black scenes but I just like sexy time details ;)
Jonas might be the perfect man. Hard working, sexy as hell, compassionate, loves his momma, all with a southern accent. Prepare to drool ladies!

I received an ARC from the author thru Booksprout and am voluntarily leaving my review. This book is the love story between Andi and Jonas. Andi is at a crossroads in her life and it is time to start over. She is a widow who did not know her husband as well as she thought. She takes a leap and moves across the country. There she meets Jonas who is a sexy rancher. The attraction between them is instant but Andi does not trust easily. He knows that he has to win her over and show her that they were meant to be together. Their story has a lot of emotions, steam and love. I enjoyed the story and the characters

Sweet and Sexy
Well, now I've gone and fallen in love with another small town. Grady has sucked me in with its cowboys and its southern belles and its quaint little shops. I love a good small town. And this one comes with dirty talking, sexy cowboys! While there were parts of the story that felt slow, I loved the connection between Andi and Jonas. It was an insta-love, but done in a way that felt honest and raw. The growth was so sweet, seeing Andi through emotional turmoil and supporting her in ways shed never know. A d the ending was just beyond adorable. I hope we see more of them in the rest of the series!

Jonas is the sweetest and gentlest man ever but he’s sexy AF too and that filthy mouth?! HOT DAMN! I love a dirty talker, especially one who can back it up and this man did.
I wanted to hug Andi 🥺 she thought she was loved, it was safe and predictable .... but was she really loved and living? No, she wasn’t. Jonas saw her for the goddess that she is, for her inner and outer beauty!
I’m a sucker for small town romance, can’t wait for more of Grady stories!
