I met Cattis verbally on Clubhouse and was so glad I had found someone that was helping others to manifest their chronic pains. Cattis gave me some wonderful advice that could help me in looking after myself with my chronic pain, working with it and not letting it consume me.

I had to buy her book and find out her story. I enjoyed reading and related to her struggles. Cattis uses her own experiences as a guide to help the reader. There are some simple tips and tricks alongside the more serious li
