An older book full of knowledge and wisdom not to be ignored due to its print date.

This is another important, if not essential book, for those of any age with a true desire to improve their health. It is one of the most useful and informative books I have read on the subject of health and nutrition.

This is a scientifically-based book and the only "complaint" I have is that Null doesn't always explain the exact nature of the supplement he recommends, i.e. whether it is an amino acid or whatever. The reader is obviously not 100% knowledgeable on these matters otherwise he or she
