So there's a great story in this book by some guy called Chris Durston...

Nah, forget that. It feels weird to review my own story, so let's just pretend it isn't there. What we're left with is five really good shorts on either vampires, voyages, or (most frequently) both, plus some really nice extra content in the form of interviews and reviews.
