Ahhhh what a cute love story this was. Loved Reid and Harper! A chance meeting in Vegas lands famous actor Reid and cute little small town girl Harper in the same elevator, and that seems to be when fate steps in. She's fresh from a break up and he is looking for a forever girl. These two are so adorable together, loved this book.

I received this book from the author for an honest review.
When KI passed out the form for this, I had to jump. I mean a novella taking place in Vegas…yes please. We all know what happens in Vegas NEVER stays in Vegas right!! All the stories that take place in this anthology are happening during a citywide Blackout in Vegas.
This was a super intense read but a quick read for any fan of her writing….and I am a fan for sure.
Reid, hottie movie star, who crashes in to Harper, regular insecure woman on vacation. The characters are pulled together while they are in the elevator and they just can’t seem to shake off what they are feeling.
This was a great quick read a in a great collection of novellas.

I liked this short, sweet story about a regular girl meeting and falling for a famous guy while on a trip. They have insta-attraction and chemistry but there’s still relationship development and them getting to know each other. A bit of tension is added due to a blackout and then a touch of angst over whether they can make things work. No ow/om drama, neither virgins, and both had been celibate for almost a year. The book ends in a HFN.

It's a story and hardly a "book" so Goodreads I'm ripping my book count off.

Still, it's kind of cute with even some action when the entire Las Vegas strip has a blackout. And it's not even kissing kind but where they rescue themselves from elevator during blackout. So it's kind of complete. I still think it missed some development in story and it could of been more of a book and a pretty good one.

The sexy times were nice. Reid tries hard to PG but our girl feels with limited time with sexy guy....well, you know....

I received the ARC for Becoming His. Let me tell you this was a great read. I love this author and her all her books. I loved how it started and the getting to know the characters. What they went through before and during the blackout and how things ended afterwards. I loved the connection between them and cheered them on. I’m so happy the way it ended and it left me wanted to know more about them and wanting to know how it will go on after.

I finished this and instantly needed more. I feel like she seriously teased me with these characters. Reid and Harper were such easy characters to fall in love with it that I needed to know what comes next. Reid is an actor who seems like a genuinely down to earth guy where as Harper just seems like the small town girl who doesn’t see much excitement. And that’s what made it good. From their our of nowhere meeting to their first date I knew it was a couple I would enjoy reading more of. The ending almost made me cry with how sweet it is and when I realized I was actually at the end i had to reread it twice. Although it’s short, part of the blackout stories, it’s worth the read. I can’t wait to see if she turns it into another series or not.

Probably one of the most intriguing, intense and spontaneous love story in this Anthology so far. I adore all these authors, yet this book is one that I will for sure remember for a long time to come. Reid and Harper had such a magnetic pull towards each other. And regardless of the situation or impending complications, these two were destined to be together....Simply put. Out of this world...Cosmic..

We meet Harper and Reid, whom collide with each other in an elevator and bang their story begins. Reid handsome, rich and oh yea famous movie star... who's filming in Vegas. Trust doesnt come easy to him. Harper a beautiful petite woman who is PT therapist from Ohio... vacationing in Vegas. Her insecurities get her down.

A very simple but very cute story about two stranger who meet during a random trip to Vegas, and develop feelings beyond just a fun week together.

Harper is in town for her BFF's wedding when she dashes into an elevator, literally slamming into super-hot Reid. It takes her a minute to realize she's in the private elevators meant for suites only...and even longer to realize that the hottie she ran into is actually a Hollywood star. They hit it off, and spend as much of their time in Vegas together as possible as they get to know each other.

I loved how Reid was such a gentleman. Yes, he flirted, but it was more playful than sexual, proving he was being truthful with Harper when he said he was actually interested in getting to know her/an actual connection, and not just some quick fun. He was sweet, kind, protective, and respectful, even tossing members of his crew out for being disrespectful toward Harper. And possibly most amazing enough, despite being rich/famous/hot/sexy, he wasn't cocky. He even questioned if he misread her interest, and almost walked away. Reid is essentially the perfect guy. Sigh. If only men like him actually existed....

Because it was a shorter story, the plot focused entirely on Reid and Harper's growing connection, with no side plots to distract along the way. While she had a wedding, and he had a movie to shoot, very little time was spent on either events, as we focused strictly on the couple. It was kinda nice (I can't stand when a story takes me away from the juicy parts only to bored me with some side plot), but at the same time, I do wish we could have learned a little more about the movie he was making, perhaps have her spend some time with him and see what it's like when he's on set. I also wish we had a little more indication of what the future would hold for Harper and Reid (why did he ask if she'd still want him if he wasn't famous? Was he considering giving up Hollywood for her??). But with it being a short story, I understand why some things weren't elaborated.

Overall, it was a cute and fun read with likeable characters :)
