Really disappointed in this book. I was hoping for coping mechanisms, but it's pretty much one huge pamphlet on the ADA.

Even though an individual suffers from depression, they must find the strength to continue to earn a living, and this book certainly helps to get them through, knowing they are not alone in the day to day struggle.
