Hard to rate as obviously it's a collection of people's words. Some I loved. Some I couldn't stand. The actual collection though is done very well and I especially love the illustrations throughout. It's taken me a good while to read through but that's mainly a me issue as I can't stand the unwavering positivity in some of the quotes.

Five are from Oprah, one just says "eat less, chew more", attributions are very inconsistent
