Sweet little book. Some good information, I would say more for someone who has no idea what yoga is that someone who is maybe a further in beginner, lots of basic information not much delving deeper. The information on breath, charka and aura added a nice element into the book, and the list of all types of yoga, and what they are for will help tailor practice to your needs.
