I have only read Skye Warren's book Mating Theory so far and I absolutely loved it!
Sutton is a man with a dark past and so many demons. Poor Ashleigh had her own cross to bear. This couple has an uphill battle to make things work between them, but sometimes no matter how hard you struggle, it is not meant to be. Or is it?
Skye Warren writes with such emotion and passion that the reader absorbs those emotions and feelings so deeply, as if the story is happening to them, with them, and for them.
Sutton is a man with a dark past and so many demons. Poor Ashleigh had her own cross to bear. This couple has an uphill battle to make things work between them, but sometimes no matter how hard you struggle, it is not meant to be. Or is it?
Skye Warren writes with such emotion and passion that the reader absorbs those emotions and feelings so deeply, as if the story is happening to them, with them, and for them.

Sex Matrial...It's what I'm known around town for. A rock-hard body, covered in tattoos with a sizable bulge that women spend their nights fantasizing about. Women track me down, needing someone that will fuck them rough without holding back. They find me because they need a distraction from reality. They need something to get their mind off of the boyfriend who screwed them over or the job promotion they got passed over on at work. Sometimes it is because they need someone reckless in the bedroom before settling down with the right one. Cause I'm sure not that guy. Nowhere close. I'm not the suit wearing, flower-buying guy you take home to meet the parents. I'm not the one who will make you feel all warm and fuzzy inside. Not anymore. I was boyfriend material once. Would've even made a good husband. That was before everything good in my world got ripped away, leaving me broken beyond repair. These women come at me because they need an escape to cope with the real world, but none of them know I need it more than them. I need something to make me feel alive. She's the only one that doesn't want to use my body. In fact she wants nothing to do with it and has not problems telling me so. Sex material is what I'm good at but for the first time, it may not be enough.
I loved every single second of this book. It it hot and steamy and oh how I love the mouth on Jenson. I swear I want a Jensen of my very own. This book will suck you in from page one and have you reading non stop till the end. I loved Cami and I loved Jensen. Cami is a school teacher who is dating a fellow teacher and catches him kissing in his school room one of their coworkers that he swore was nothing to him. This leads her to move out and stay with her best friend who just happens to live in a rental that Jenson owns and has one available next door. The whole plot was predictable, every turn was predictable, so you don't need to buy book2 they will get their HEA.
I hate books where the heroine is super smart, goes to college on a full scholarship, graduates top of her class from an ivy-league college,is ambitious - but behaves with no practical sense:
- Brown college is on the east coast, she is happy to get an unpaid internship on the west coast where fortunately her college room mate has an apartment and she can sleep on her couch.
- she pays for her brother's education, he meets her to ask for money to cover additional costs, she accompanies her CEO to a dinner meeeting and is happy to get paid instead of his usual paid escort.
- she gladly accepts his suggestion to accompany him to other meeting with that investor and get paid for it;
- she calls her brother , he is at a party and cannot talk to her but reminds her that his tuition is due within a few months. She decides to work for an escort service. that goes wrong - end of book1.
Why does she have to work two jobs to cover his education and he enjoys live? Why doesn't he work?
The CEO was not likable either. He claims to love his twin toddlers unconditionally but does not spend much time with them. Why keep them a secret? He is just a horny 26 year old ripe for a harassment suit.
Nothing of this book makes me want to read the conclusion of the story.

There was a lot of cursing by both hero and heroine, drinking wine by the heroine, and smoking cigarettes by the hero, he throws the stubs on the lawn, the street, whenever he wants to get rid of it. Women chase him because of his good looks and his prowess as a stud, the heroine is the only woman who chases him for becoming his tenant otherwise despises him. Some scenes were ridiculous and funny, most were dragging.

It is book one of a trilogy
The book was so bad, I don't know where to begin. It is set in present-day London, no complain here. She falls in love with the crown prince, son of the king, sorry that does not work. London is the capital of a monarchy, there is a Queen, the crown prince is far too old for the 23-year- old heroine. It is supposed to be a fairytale romance so the author should set it in a fantasy country. Other nuisances are the lack of good manners and complete ignorance of etikette by the heroine and ending every chapter with too long sex scenes and unappealing main characters.
One to Take by Tia Louise **
It starts out interesting. But pretty soon I could see that the heroine was overestimating her capabilities: she wanted to tame a wild filly, watching her fiance working with the horses she thought it an easy job. When Stuart was in a meeting with his uncle she took out the filly herself.....predictable plot......Stuart rushed to the hospital. That was when I stopped reading.
Sorry, but a heroine who runs around in summer dresses and short skirts on a ranch although she wants to help with work is just stupid.

This book has an interesting poltline with twists and turns. Great heroine and hero, funny dialogues and scenes, amazing supporting characters.

What a wonderful collection of steamy stories by nine amazing authors! I have only read and loved a couple stories so far, but am definitely excited to read about more tortured heroes and strong heroines!
~ The Two Week Arrangement by Kendall Ryan
What a fun and flirty forbidden romance! Presley Harper is a recent college graduate who is competing as an intern for a coveted permanent position with Aspen Hotels. She is smart, hard-working, and engaging. Dominic Aspen is the sexy, CEO of Aspen Hotels and her mentor. They have instant chemistry but Dom has been burned before and never mixes business with pleasure. When He has a new business acquisition on the line, he needs Presley to help close the deal with her easy charm. But as the deal drags on, their fiery attraction is hard to ignore. They both have their reasons to keep their lives private. When they start to let down their guard, misunderstandings could destroy them before they even start. This heartfelt, sweet and sexy romance is brought to life beautifully by talented narrators, Jacob Morgan, and Andi Arndt. Arndt embodied Presley's strength, resilience, and vulnerability flawlessly. I enjoyed the way Morgan brought out the range of emotions that Dom experienced as he struggled between his work and private life. Both narrators have a wonderful range of voices and expression that I love to get lost in and make this story even better. I can't wait to find out what happens to Dom and Presley next!

The Two Week Arrangement is the first book in the Penthouse Affair Duet By Kendall Ryan. I actually didn’t read the synopsis until a few minutes ago. I love going in blind. I was excited when he mentioned his twin girls. I love a good single dad romance!! Plus a woman who doesn’t put up with the rich CEO’s shit? Icing on the cake!
Two weeks. Presley had two weeks to prove that she deserved to be here. At Aspen Hotels as an intern who could be the next associate executive at the end of the three-month unpaid internship. She was nervous but ready for the challenge. Then she saw him. Dominic Aspen. The twenty-six year old CEO who is tall, dark, and mysterious. She couldn’t stop looking at him and it was announced that he was going to be her mentor? She almost died right there. And when he made a proposal just a few days later...she knew she was in trouble.
Dominic didn’t have time for distractions. He had a company to run and two toddlers to raise. He didn’t date. He has other arrangements. And he needed another one ASAP. He knew Presley was brilliant and beautiful but he had no idea she was exactly who he needed to impress an investor. He only needed two weeks. What he didn’t expect was to like her so much. Not just her body but her everything. The way she didn’t care about his money. His power. She even made him feel like none of that mattered. She made him laugh. Feel his age. And she made him want her more and more everyday.
I can’t really say much more than that. I can say that I loved their banter, flirting, and sexiness. I fell for both Dom and Presley. She is strong, sassy, and smart. Dom is confident, sexy, and such a sweet daddy. Now, I did want to smack Dom a few times. He had his reasons but I still wanted to smack him one. I do still love him though. And I can’t wait for the next book!

I've only read a few of the books in this collection (so far) but I have loved them and can't wait to read the rest.

The story of Sam and Danny is not a simple love story of boy meets girl. Although it start out that way when Sam and Danny meet as children and grow into adolescence together, life and it's challenges pull them apart. Now when they finally comes back together Sam has a secret. She's distant and withdrawn and Danny can't put his finger on what happened during their time apart. When the truth comes out will they be able to weather the storm or is their untested love destined to fail?
I can not wait for the next book in this series because this one will definitely leave you with a cliffhanger.

After seeing this book on a lot of lists, I was so happy to see it as part of this collection. Like many of Kendall Ryan’s books the characters are well written and the storyline is sexy and catchy. I’m looking forward to the next book in the series to see how things are going to wrap up.

Mating Theory by Skye Warren
I loved returning to Tanglewood. This is Sutton's story and it's an emotional one. What would it feel like to see the two people you love getting married to each other. Sutton is heartbroken as he is attending Christopher & Harper's wedding. There isn't enough alcohol to drown the pain away that he is feeling. In his haze, he meets a young prostitute, Ashleigh. He convinces himself that he can use Ashleigh to release his pain but something about her holds him back. Then when Sutton sees her again, he is completely confused with all the mixed feelings he is having about her. Ashleigh has her own tragic past and is just trying to learn how to survive on the streets. What is most incredible about Skye Warren's talent as a writer, is her ability to take two broken characters in depressed & traumatic situations and instead of wallowing in their life's tragedies we see glimmers of hope and possibilities breaking through. This is an emotional book about healing, learning to trust again, and believing that love does exist. Sutton & Ashleigh's story is unique and it will easily be your next 1 click!!!

Tia Louise ensnared my feelings right from the start. Stuart and Mariska are a couple that share happy moments but also devastating moments together. Their passion for the ranch, horses and family is mutual. They both have the dream for having a family and a home together. Mariska has special gifts that are both extraordinary and confusing. As always Stuart is always by her side to give his love and support to Mariska. Stuart is one of a kind. His undying love for her is shown in his efforts to never give up hope that she will be his forever.
A powerful and soul-stirring story that had my heart splitting with the desire that they would get their much deserved HEA.

Read Sex Material by Victoria Ashley! Still in love with Jensen!
I am a die hard Victoria Ashley fan. How this author continues to top each story with the next, I am unsure! Jensen and Cami nearly caught this book on FIRE! Jensen, the super alpha a-hole definitely doesn’t expect to meet the sweet, seductive school teacher just fresh from a bad relationship. These two characters were magic on the pages. I personally want Jensen to come do some upgrades on my house.

Rollercoaster of emotions
Where do I begin, I've just finished reading the box set. That last book I read....I think I heard my heart break, oh boy.
I've read books some authors from before and read new books from new authors.
If you are looking for something different and a really good box set to sink your teeth into, I would recommend this one. Kept me reading by way past my 'bed time'.

Love these books
I’ve read A few of these stories a while ago but I always found that anthologies are a great way to find new authors and new book to get lost in and this one is no exception. I am looking forward to read the others and start reading other stories by these authors.

STUNNING NINE BOOK BOXED SET
I enjoyed each of the nine books within this BOXED SET. I found a new author Geneva Lee in the 9TH & last book COMMAND ME, which was the 1ST BOOK in her 12 BOOK ROYAL SAGA & I have already purchased BOOK 2 CONQUER ME, which I'll begin reading as soon as I submit this review.
I'll be reviewing COMMAND ME SOON!!!
