A wonderful collection for art-lovers, gardeners, and flower-fanciers.

Coffee table book showcasing a selection of flower-related art, ranging from sculptures to photography to paintings and so on. There is a page-long text description accompanying some of the works. Would make a lovely gift for someone who likes flowers; also makes for good browsing on a sad day.

el libro es una belleza visual y la selección de artistas y obras me ha gustado. Aún así, los textos sobre las obras se me hicieron vacíos. No habla mucho de la importancia de las flores en el arte, está más enfocado en los artistas que las pintaron. Además, estos textos cortos no tenían casi ninguna información interesante. Como libro de referencia e inspiración para artistas está perfecto por la calidad de las ilustraciones, pero nada más que eso.

A sweet, short introduction to many different (of course mainly male) artists who have occupied themselves with flowers. Overall an alright variety of mediums and a good time period covered.
