"She went home with someone else that night?"

Hearing the disbelief from my best friend's mouth makes the events of my failed date sting that much more.

I would like to make it known, I have a lot more swagger than what it seems. I don't normally ask a girl out, have her fail to recognize it's a date, and then give me a high five--as if I'm her wingman--and take off with so

I Missed These Guys!!!

This series, or series of standalones or spinoffs, has got to be one of my favorites...and I think I say that with every book I read and review, but it's true! You'd expect a series of books to lose some steam after this many, however Meghan Quinn does such a nice job with her characters and thier backgrounds, relationships and baggage, there is so much to learn about each one. We met Romero aka Romeo in See me After Class and now it's time to find out what makes him tick.

(ARC Review) Earn Your Extra Credit is the laugh out loud follow up to See Me After Class. In this one, the teachers and friends are in Hawaii for the wedding of Arlo and Greer.

Stella gets tanked the first night of vacation and is shocked to run into her father, who announces he’s engaged to a woman only two years older than her. His fiancé used to bully Stella in high school, and when she seems to be up to old tricks, Stella blurts out that she’s engaged too to save face.

She coerces her friend

I was so excited to read this book after loving See Me After Class! This book has everything, more hilarious pranks, off the charts steam, amazing chemistry, sexual tension, character growth and love! There’s a snorkeling scene that had me cackling! So damn funny and so many great lines. I’m also craving pop-tarts now. I loved seeing Arlo and Greer tie the knot and get their hea. Stella and Romeo are perfect for each other but their road to happiness is full of hilarious escapades, tender moment ...more

Meghan Quinn has written another romcom winner! I loved everything about this fake fiance, enemies to lovers story! Erin Mallon and Sebastian York narrate this audio.

Romeo and Stella are definitely complicated characters that keep getting their wires crossed. Not to mention both have them have their own challenges to solve before getting involved with each other. However, both Stella and Romeo have a great time along the way to overcoming these challenges. I loved the setting of this story in Ha

Romeo, Romeo,Romeo…has me lust struck😍He’s so freaking dirty in all the best ways;) I could still smack him & Stella at times though lol. Gah if they would’ve just said what they were both feeling…sigh…but then we wouldn’t have their seriously fun & super sexy story:)

I love this whole group of friends. They are so awesome together…Seriously y’all…Keiko strikes again 😂

I thought this book was fantastic! I liked the “will they, won’t they” throughout the book and the comic relief in the form of best friend Kiko. I really enjoyed the interaction between all of the friends and their men and I can’t wait to read more books by this author.

After reading (or rather listening to) See Me After Class, I knew I wanted more from that world. These teachers were hilarious and had so much potential. I fell in love with the Grump-Sunshine in Arlo and Greer and couldn't wait for more.
Earn Your Extra Credit is Stella and Romeo, aka Brock's story. They are fellow teachers, but these are all standalones within a series and you DO NOT have to read the other book(s) to appreciate each of their stories.

Meghan Quinn seems to always hit the right spot. She gives me the story I need every time. I get wrapped up in her characters and their shenanigans. I adored Stella and Brock. Their story was full of shenanigans… they were fun and sexy (ohhh the sexiness, they just oozed sex appeal). I found myself rooting for Brock more than I was rooting for Stella. Stella seemed to get in her way too much and she just wasn’t thinking clearly or rationally. Keiko might be my absolute favorite character Meghan ...more

Earn Your Extra Credit is a sequel to See Me After Class and his Romeo (Brock) and Stella’s story. Stella and Romeo also work for the same high school, Stella as the Spanish teacher, and Romeo as the PE Teacher and Coach for the baseball team. You get a glimpse of Stella and Romeo in See Me After Class, but everything comes full circle at Arlo and Greer’s wedding in Hawaii.

If you have not read Arlo and Greer’s book, then the thing you need to know here is that Romeo has wanted Stella from the f

Earn Your Extra Credit
By: Meghan Quinn
Narrated by: Sebastian York, Erin Mallon

Loved this book, Meghan Quinn is a gifted author and a master of RomCom, she never fails to deliver the laughs and the love, a perfect balance of comedy and romance. The characters are realistic, easy to relate to and connect with, they are easy to fall in love with too. I adored the two lead characters Brock “Romeo” Romero and Stella Garcia, teacher co-workers and friends. Bro

Oh Meghan.... you lady kill me every damn time.

Earn Your Extra Credit is a deliciously sweet endearing and at times frustrating friends to lovers meets frenemies meets fake start romance with ALL.THE.FEELS.

Brock and Stella find themselves thrown together on a tropical island attending their best friends wedding but they got a whole lot more than they bargained for.

There was some real awkward tension between the two characters at the beginning because Romeo was real butt hurt over Stella leavin

The first draft of this review included a lot of shouty CAPS, frustrated ramblings, and general non-sensical gripes about the book. Because this couple is endlessly frustrating. BUT... there's also a whole lot of awesome. I loved the first 40% very, very much. Like, HOLY CHEMISTRY, wow that's some serious sexual tension much. If you've read See Me After Class, then you might have an idea of what you're getting yourself into. This series seems to be pushing the limits on how much sexual tension t ...more

A sweet and funny romance.

I’m a huge fan of this author and after reading the first book in this series; I couldn’t wait to read Brock and Stella’s story.

Brock “Romeo” Romero used to be a baseball player but an injury ended his career and now he’s a teacher. He’s used to getting lots of attention from women and not just because of his looks but the one woman he wants to get it from, has him permanently in the friend zone.

Meghan Quinn delivered another swoony and sexy romance full of laughter, fun, steam and raw feels in Earn Your Extra Credit. A bright and cheerful friends to lovers rom com that was equally intense and deep.

Brock "Romeo" Romero always had a crush on his colleague Stella Garcia. But Stella never showed any special interest in him other than being good friends. So now things are a bit tense and awkward and Stell has no idea why. Both are teachers in Forest High and the friends are a big a

This book had a lot of fun moments. I loved all of the activities everyone got to do in Hawaii because it created some pretty ridiculously epic moments that had me cracking up (all I'll say is ATV + pruning shears..you'll figure out the rest..). I loved how we got to see a lot of Greer and Arlo and seeing them get married after reading a whole book about them was a really great treat.

I have been waiting for Brock (Romeo) Romero and Stella Garcia’s story since.... well if feels like forever! And it starts with the gang all heading to Arlo and Greer’s wedding in Hawaii. I love a destination wedding and Hawaii is one of my favorite places in the world, I was totally envious. But Romeo and Stella are not in a good place with their friendship when they arrive so it’s a big surprise to everyone when Stella tells her father and his new love that she too is engaged to Brock. Oh, how I LOVED Brock and Stella. Earn Your Extra Credit was an absolute delight. Meghan Quinn once again effortlessly combined humor, heat, angst and heart for a five star read that is now one of my new faves from her.

Meghan Quinn is one of the few authors who is so skilled with her writing that she can deliver a highly entertaining story that also carries a life lesson. Meghan has crafted another fantastic book with Earn Your Extra Credit. If you have read See Me After Class you will know doubt have been intrigued by Stella and Brock 'Romeo' Romero's chemistry and him wanting to date her and her not taking the hint at all. I honestly, from the very bottom of my heart don’t even know where to begin because I more than love this book. Earn Your Extra Credit earned 5 stars and then some ALL the extra credit stars.

Stella is sassy, quick witted, and speaks her mind, but under all of that is someone who is struggling with what her brain is trying to convince her is true, about herself and others. The saying, “your mind is your own worst enemy” is the most apt description of the constant thoughts in Stella’s head, and th

I had a lot of feelings and emotions listening to this book! I wanted Brock and Stella's book once I met them in Book 1. I needed it actually, they were both obviously into each other but neither would act on it. You could tell in Arlo and Greer's story that Stella and Brock were both extremely stubborn. Now on an Hawaiian vacation together for a destination wedding for their friends and you just know the $hi7 is about to hit the fan.

I found myself angry at the characters in the book a lot, but

5 star review of Earn Your Extra Credit by Meghan Quinn

There was so much witty banter, love and friendship reading Earn Your Extra Credit. However there were times that I was really frustrated with Brock aka Romeo. Just when I thought I was falling for him, he would say something snarky to Stella which annoyed me. At times he was swoon worthy and at other times he was an idiot; thankfully Ms.Quinn turned him around for me. I know he has intense feelings for Stella but his behaviour reminded me o

I am at a loss for words over Brock - seriously NO WORDS!! Brock Romero was not what I was expecting in a hero after reading Arlo and Greer's book but he did not disappoint.

Earn You Extra Credit is such a fun well rounded book!

Brock “Romeo” is such a great leading man an Stella is his equal in every way you would want in characters.

This book starts with the week leading up to Arlo & Greer’s wedding (See Me After Class book) the tension that Brock & Stella have is so heavy but Stella has no idea why Brock has gone from loving being around her to shooting daggers at her anytime she’s near. Then an unexpected surprise come up an Brock is thrust onto p

When I was in high school I occasionally read books but was consumed by other teenage things so I didn't take the time to appreciate a good book on a cloudy day, wrapped up in a blanket on the couch. It wasn't until I received a Kindle for Christmas one year that my world completely flipped upside down. When looking for books I came across the
