I enjoyed this book very much. I read a digital copy and ended up highlighting many passages.

I've always been fascinated with the mind-body connection and have read quite a few books about it over the years.

What I really like about this particular text is that it's very practical and hands-on.

It's written by a doctor of chiropractic medicine who has extensive experience with healing himself and his patients with the various modalities, so I felt that lent a lot of credence to the book.

There's a nice balance of background information, some anecdotal stories and many easy exercises and techniques.

This is definitely one of those books I'll go back to over and over as I experiment with the various techniques.
