I now have read both volumes. The books were easy to read and well written. Great examples of why and how mistakes or made and how to fix them. This is a must read if you are writing for any profession, not just law enforcement.
Thank you, this will help me out in my role as a Sgt. with the jail and will push me forward when I go through the police academy and hit the streets.
