In Hiding

Colin/Phantom had stolen from the Unchained Dogs MC in order to save his brother but now his life was on the line. Who would think that Colin would be hiding with their rival club, Steel Knights MC?!Tess has had a crush on Colin since they were kids and she just happens to be VP of the Steel Knights MC with one cray-cray brother.

Now both Colin and Tess’s lives may be in danger. There are lots of twists and turns in this book and it is full of plenty of steam as well. I am looking forward to more books in this series.

I am new to this series, and i have to say it has my attention.
This series has it all, women in power,stealing for family members,betrayal of the worse kind, and finally deep feelings for your soulmate.
Phantom is in hiding for trying to save his brothers life. He needed help and turned to his crush, Tess, who belongs to a rival MC, The Kings. She helps him and their feelings start to go deeper and take over them.

I don't know how I really feel about this book. I mean it was written well but I don't understand how this club could even hold together much less defend themselves. First we have a President who started out a bit wishy-washy then he went on a power trip and he doesn't seem to get respect from the members. The VP is his daughter who is also the main female character who gets zero respect from the members and the president doesn't say anything and neither does she stand up for herself. His son is a weird psycho who I couldn't figure out if he just wants to keep his family for himself or if he was in love with his sister?????

It started with Colin or CJ or Phantom or whatever you want to call him... he used to live there as a kid or a very young teenager and him and Tess were best friends and I guess loved each other. He is physically hurt and hiding from his old club after he stole money to save his twin brothers life. They lite his house on fire with him in it. He goes to Tess for help with his injuries. They are from rival clubs and he was supposed to be the assassin for his old club but yet she doesn't know he was even in a club and nobody else from her club recognizes him as this big badass. You would think they would know what the other club members look like.

A lot happens and Colin's and Tess end up in Germany with his now well brother. Are they out of the picture now or do they come back? I'm going to try one more book in this series and see if things get better.

Great story!!

This is first in a new series and what an intriguing journey CJ and Tess' story is. This is a well written flawless story which has engaging and realistic characters, suspense, danger, intrigue, humour, twists, and love which all leads to a riveting and addictive page turner. I look forward to reading more from this talented author whose work I highly recommend.

Breaking all the rules!

Black is a new author for me. I really enjoyed this book. It had all the fixings and trimmings. Great characters, villains, secrets, plots, settings, and of course Brotherhood.
CJ: Is definitely a broken man. He literally falls into Tess. Bleeding, scarred, and half alive, Tess is the only person he could think to run to. Granted, it's been fourteen years since he has seen her, but there has not been a day that he has not thought of her. Readers will feel the hollowness in CJ in the beginning. He has these incredible moments of reflection that borders on Paranoia, when thinking about the events in his life. Moving forward, he adapts to find a new him. I think readers will like this about him.
Tess: Is tough, beautiful, and thrown completely off guard when she rescues CJ. She has a tough time not throwing herself at him. This is her childhood love. No one has ever compared to him. Tess is the VP of the Steel Knights MC. It has not been an easy road for her. The men have given her a tough time, especially her brother Taylor. Readers will learn just how unhinged her brother is. I really liked how loyal and dedicated Tess is.

Angel’s Phantom is the first book in Ivy Black’s new series called Steel Knights Motorcycle Club. It’s a second chance Alpha Male MC romance filled with action, suspense, great characters and a fantastic storyline. This story is written in first person from the point of view of both the hero, Colin “Phantom” Jones and the heroine, Tess “Valkyrie” Nicholas. This viewpoint allows the reader to develop a strong connection to the characters and a deeper understanding of the storyline.

After 14 years, Colin returns to Hoppa and seeks out Tess, a childhood crush, to ask for help. As children they had strong feelings for each other and the time has only seemed to make their reconnection stronger. Sparks fly and once they give in, the chemistry between them is fiery and explosive. Forever can’t begin with secrets and half-truths, but when the truth comes out will they be able to walk away with their love and their lives? Read it and find out.

This is the start to what will be a great series. I can’t wait to read the next book!

What an interesting start of a series. So let me explain why. We have Phantam aka CJ/Colin and he is a cheeky one might I say. So we immediately start off with some craziness, like why is he hiding? Then as you read further we find out that Tess aka Valkyrie knows Colin. Now Tess is the VP of the Steel Knights and I am like YES we have a FEMALE IN HIGH RANKS. Then we read more and some mystery of Colin is unraveled. However, Tess's brother is a psycho!! I have no idea how he gets away with a lot of the stuff he does. While Colin is trying to keep his secrets from getting out, the heat and chemistry gets pretty hot with Tess. As the story builds it gets intense and unpredictable. Then the poop hits the fan and all hell breaks loose. I loved all the action that took place in this book. Then I came to the end of the book and did not see that coming. I was like why would you do that? However, we do get a happily ever after. So what happens next? I can't wait to see what happens in this series.

CJ (Colin) is on the run and returns to the town where he grew up and tracks down Tess. Tess is a strong, independent woman with a leadership role in her fathers MC. I love a woman in non-traditional roles! CJ is hiding his troubles from Tess and trying to help her out while she is hiding him in her MC. This is actually a bit of a second chance romance since they were good friends when they were younger and were separated when Colin moved away. Tons of action keep the book moving, plenty of steam to keep the reader interested and the characters are well developed to create some depth in the book. I'm looking forward to what happens next.

I received an ARC from the author thru Booksprout and am voluntarily leaving my review. This is an action packed MC romance. CJ, or Phantom, has stolen from his club for his brother. Now he is in a mess and he goes to Tess who is an old friend. The problem is that she is the VP a rival club. There is still an attraction between them that has obviously grown. It complicates things even further. These two have a lot of obstacles in their path to happiness. There is drama, danger, betrayal, family, lust and love. I enjoyed this book and the characters

This is an intense action book with many twists and turns to keep you entertained as Tess and her family help Phantom. What will happen? Will they survive this harrowing g adventure? Great story with amazing chemistry between the characters. Great start to a new a series.

Colin had a secret and need help went in search Tess. Tess who belong steel Knights mc club didn’t realize CJ . Until Colin explain who he was. Tess try to find out what. Colon was hiding from her. At the same Tess try ask her father Nick to help protect CJ without telling his real name. will Tees forgive him from hiding his big secret. But CJ and Tess had to keep a eye on Taylor and the Same Colin had to keep eye out as well Luthers. Got to find out . ☺️

Phantom is a great start to the Steel Knights Motorcycle Club Romance series. Ivy Black didn’t disappoint with the characters in this story. Colin and Tess are well written characters. This book had me glued from page one. Who wouldn’t fall in love with a story with a dog named Lockjaw as mans best friend. Can Tess and Colin make their relationship work? Even if Colin started it out with lies? What about Caid will he make it? Love this book and can’t recommend it enough.

Colin and Tess stprynwoll have ypunon the edge of your seat! Filled with action deceit, suspense, desires, trust loyalty and more! Colin is hiding his past for a chance at a future with Tess But when wjen his past comes catching up to him will he have to come clean? This is well written with an engaging story line a great book 1 for this series and I cant wait for more!

Ok, this book confused me. It was a good story but weird. A waffling president, a vp, whose the president's daughter, that is openly disrespected, by every club member, a soa, who is the president's son, they all know has mental issues, that thinks everything and everyone is his personal property, including his sister, who is also the vp, in title only? The president has no balls, doesn't stop the son, doesn't stop the disrespect of the vp, his daughter. Just no.

CJ needs help and goes to someone from his past, Val to get it. He does not tell her all of the reason he is running and ends up staying and becoming a member of her MC and they start a relationship. What he doesn't know that getting involved with her even brings more issues with her family. Now they must fight for his life with her family and the people who are after him.

Loved the book it was great, the story was written well and the characters were interesting. Wow this new series Steel Knights MC was fantastic it has you in a headlock until you finish. Colin and Tessa they fall for each other, but is that enough when you have a few MC clubs after you.
