Want to take your Boxing Ability to the next Level? Well don't stop reading...
There are countless exercise routines out there, but many people do not find them attractive, either because they are not fun or are ineffective. Are you someone who wants to get into shape but don’t know how? Are you looking for an exercise routine that is fun and effective? Do you want to build your confidence and improve in different aspects of your life? Have you always wanted to get involved with combat sports? If you answered yes to any or all of these questions, then you have come to the right place. In this book, Boxing: From Chump to Champ, Part 2, we will continue our journey in making you a pugilist specialist.
You may have read the first part of this book, where I discuss many of the basics related to the sport of boxing, including punching technique, defense, footwork, boxing stances, and many other topics. In part two, I will build off this information and get into more advanced techniques. If you have not read part one, I urge you to do so because it provides some preliminary knowledge that will not be repeated here.
Boxing is a worldwide sport that has fielded champions for well over a century. While it is difficult both mentally and physically, it can also be fun and exciting if you are willing to make it that way. Much of the focus on this book is drills, which will get you into amazing shape, help you lose excess weight, build muscles, raise your confidence level, improve your boxing skillset, and even get you ready for competition. Some of you may choose to compete someday, while others will simply use the training to stay in shape. The decision is yours, and I support you either way. I am just excited to introduce you to the sport.
As you read through the chapters in this book, you will read about many components related to boxing, including:
How to get in incredible shape. Improving your ability as a fighter by learning new punching techniques, defensive maneuvers, footwork, reflexes, and agility. Working on drills both in and out of the boxing ring. Improving your mindset and mental toughness to start thinking like a champion. Reaching the next level of fighting skills. Focusing on how to counter-attack and finding openings to do so. The importance of shadowboxing, mitt work, and sparring. Learning how competition works and how to get started if you choose to go down that route.
All of these topics, and more, will be covered in this book. As the title states, you will go from chump to champ after you read and start incorporating the techniques and strategies provided here. Boxing is called the sweet science for a reason, and the more you engage in it, the more improvements you will see in every area of your life.
If you like what you have read so far, do not wait any longer. Get your copy of this book and start reading it right away. From there, you can begin working on drills, improving your diet, and changing your mentality towards being a winner. As your boxing skills advance, you will improve your overall well-being. Let’s get started!

He has many more books in the works, he really appreciates every person that reaches out to him and anybody that leaves an honest review of his work.
I found the second installment to be well thought out, presented and the links added again provided more bang for the buck. If anyone ever felt that boxing lessons cost too much, keep in mind that US Olympian, Calvin Brock was self taught through books that gave instruction with the help of his dad. Great way to learn boxing for anyone who is self motivated or has any friends willing to work together.
I was lucky enough to receive a free copy of this book from the author in return for an honest review. This book carried on from the first part very well. It started off with a brief recap to remind the reader of the absolute basics, after the recap the book covered some advanced punch types, stances, combinations, a highly motivating chapter on mindset and even a small part on diet. I recommend this book. Not to mention Andrew has now included photos which helped me tremendously when it comes to form, the videos in the Basic Boxing Bundle also help.
I found this book so valuable, this goes deeper than just a boxing guide - although the writer does cover all the basic punch types, stances and so on. He expands by talking about mindset and makes it easy for everyone to try out drills at home
I found this book very helpful, there are many exercises that are great for beginners and lots of tips that will be sure to help with weight loss. 10/10 would highly recommend!
Another great book an ideal follow up to the first , after a quick recap on the first this goes into more technical detail of every aspect you need to become the complete fighter focuses on all elements , the photos in this book also help give you a visualisation of what you are reading and trying to achieve Please read the first one first as it follows on nicely with you already understanding the basic lingo etc
Awesome books well written get buying them you won’t regret it if you looking to learn more about boxing fitness healthier lifestyle 🥊🥊🥊
I read the first book in this series and I really enjoyed the reading, in fact I have taken up a few of the exercises it outlined. I really enjoyed the second book as well, my overriding view as I reflect is the closely written attention to detail, it opened my eyes to the different styles of past champions as well as breaking down different techniques from, how to defend, how to bait an opponent and even how to train yourself to take punches. An excellent read that I would recommend. I do watch boxing when on TV and I think I will look at the next fight with different eyes as I will try to pick out the technical detail outlined here.
Helped me improve my boxing skills to a decent level...
Following on from the first book in this series, Andrew does a great job to provide information and workouts that allowed me to advance with my punching, combinations, defense and fitness. The only thing stopping this from being a 5-star read is the lack of workouts, workouts are what help you improve as a boxer and this book didn't have enough in my opinion.
But overall a great boxing manual that does help you improve your boxing and fitness ability to an advanced level.
This is a continuation of Andrew Hudson’s first book and it is just as concise and well written as the first. It covers advanced fighting techniques, exercises to improve strength and stamina and proper diet to name a few things. Any boxer looking to excel in their field should read this guide
This is a very well written comprehensive boxing guide that WILL help you improve your boxing and fitness ability if you stick to it, it is likely to improve your quality of life because you will feel more confident and feel yourself improving in the ring
One of the best books I could recommend to anyone. I like it as the author detailed it with lots of tips that will surely help anyone interested in heavy boxing. Would recommend it.
