The book “The Big Book of Tell Me Why: Answers to Hundreds of Questions Children Ask” by Arkady Leokum is a nonfiction children’s book. This book is acceptable for any age group since it includes questions asked by many children of different age groups. This book has three main areas it focuses on such as our word, and how it began, the human body, how things are created and how creatures live. This book is accurate as it answers these questions such as, “Why can’t animals talk?” or “What are freckles?” and “Why does soap clean?” etc. This book also helps parents provide answers for their children when they do not know. I rated this book 3 stars because it is very knowledgeable and I learned some things that I did not even know. I also think the book is broken down in a way to help the reader follow along better. The book also uses illustrations for the topics of these questions. For example, the cover of the book has an eagle, a butterfly, a hot air balloon, etc. This gives the reader an idea of what they will be reading about. I think it would be a good book for every parent to and child to have.

This book has given me all kinds of answers to me about stuff. Like can animals talk? Some of the answers I don't agree with that is why I gave this book a four stars. This book gives you a lot of random question that many kids ask. This book is perfect for researching with. The only thing is this book is not up to date to be able to use for research. This book has given me a lot of knowledge about different topics.
