Really great

Very accessible and easy to follow. I found that the poses were not unrealistic poses for a beginner. Highly recommend!

A helpful little manual. Easy to follow with good pictures and lots of details if you want to improve your alignment/poses. I'm a yoga beginner, and it was a good resource for me. Knee pain alleviation was "meh"....but I don't know if that has to do with my knees or with the yoga recommended.

I wouldn't recommend this book for anyone who hasn't already had their problems diagnosed by a professional. However, for me it was exactly what I wanted: a book that had pictures of poses that would be beneficial for healthy knees along with ideas of whole series that might help.

This book was a God-send for modifying my yoga routine to slowly increase my range of motion of my arthritic right knee and right hip. No doubt any experienced Yoga instructor can modify Yoga for anyone!!!

Read while taking the instructor course at corepower. I've used a couple of the exercises to strengthen/maintain my knees. So far so good. I abused my knees early in life wrestling and then running on concrete :( Take a look. If you have some issues, I'd talk to the ortho first.
