Summary: This is the story of a person and his dog. The wordless book is divided with the human's story on top, and the dog's day on the bottom of each page. The reader travels for a common day for both.
Pro: The dual story format, story on top of story, is unique. For pet owners, the concept of what your pet does during the day while you are gone at work is heartwarming. I especially love all the humans who come to the dog's window to say hello. The chewed toys and naps also tugged at my heart.
Cons: I was not sure what the human was doing. I thought he was a bike messenger, but the cover flap indicates an art designer. This was not clear.
