Tiny Noticeable Things: The Secret Weapon to Making a Difference in Business by Adrian Webster is a really interesting read. I would say that it could be read by anyone, as the information inside applies not just to business but also to everyday life.
Set out as anecdotal stories about how little simple acts of kindness and thought have made an impression on different people. Some examples are simple, others more involved. TNT’s are Tiny noticeable things, how small acts can really impact on someone and make such a difference in a customers or individuals experience.
A really lovely read, well written and almost restores your faith in the human race, that there are people out there who do go the extra mile and do think of others. Nothing groundbreaking in my opinion but well worth a read if only to get you thinking about how small changes and small acts can make such a difference.
