A kinda short Valentine's book in the Royal Bastards MC series. It's a good book but I took off one star for editing. Sorry but a lot of missing words and it made reading not smooth.
This is Jacobs (Hart) and Quivers story. Hart is the MC member and they get hired to escort property from one place to another. In this book a small pink haired pixy girl is trying to stop him.
Quiver Valentine has lost everything but she is not out...oh no she is going down fighting the man who stole everything from her but she has got to get this MC to back off.
Left quite a few questions but think we might get the answers in upcoming books.

Another amazing addition to the Royal Bastards MC. Hart and Quiver's story may be short, but it is filled with action, suspense, and filled with sizzling chemistry. It has a great storyline and characters to keep you hooked at every turn. A definite must read.

Jacob and Quiver are fire and I loved the story and how they meet. The back and forth between them added to their chemistry and tension. I couldn't put it down.

Jacob Hart is a member of the Royal Bastards MC and has a feeling that someone is betraying the MC as all of their shipments seem to be getting intercepted yet on the last run it is someone totally different that seems to have got him landed in jail.
Quiver Valentine is a woman that knows what she wants and will do everything she can to get what she believes is rightfully hers.
When Quiver learns that the man who took everything from her family has hired the Royal Bastards to provide security for him she will stop at nothing, even if it means going up against them by herself.
This was a great book and I really liked the character of Quiver as she was quite different than some of the women we have met before.
Jacob was a great character as he was really at odds with who he believed was "in the right" and he wasn't talking a lot with the Royal Bastards as he wasn't 100% sure what was going on. He didn't want to let Bulldog down but he needed to learn more about Quiver. I loved that although he jumped to a few conclusions once he started realizing more about what was happening he needed to be correct in everything he was doing.
Quiver was awesome as she was tough and extremely determined to get back what was hers. She had something about her that projected very little weaknesses as she had built herself up to strong and tough after everything that she had lost. There is still something going on with her brother that I hope we learn more about in a future book.
There were so many questions I had after the first time Quiver and Jacob met and their relationship was constantly changing with every piece of knowledge that we gained. Initially I was team Jacob but that quickly changed to team Quiver! I liked that Jacob was still trying to protect her even though she was his competition.
I was very happy when Quiver revealed the truth to Jacob but that definitely put the club in an awkward position. I was shocked at how fast Jacob moved when it came to Quiver but he really wanted her protected.
Towards the end things go sideways again for Quiver and Jacob and I was hoping they were going to be ok, especially with everything that was happening with Jacob.
At the gala a certain name was mentioned and I am wondering if we are going to hear more of that in another book. I wasn't surprised with a certain character coming unhinged but I was glad that Jacob was there!
I really liked the end although I was sad for the change in a way!! I like these characters and want more of them!

WOW!!!! Hart and Quiver where made for each other as you follow this thrilling sensual journey between these two. Quiver Valentine is a beautiful, determined woman who has her sights on the RBMC and one man in particular, Jacob Hart, Sgt. at Arms. These two will play a dangerous cat and mouse game as Hart and the club are being stalked by Quiver who is one step ahead of them, as she wants the package the club has to deliver and the man behind it all. Unknown to Quiver, Hart knows who she is while keeping her identity a secret, he is breaking all the rules from his brothers and his President with her part in his accident and arrest. Now Hart can't get this sexy woman out of his mind and he is determined to find her and break her for the information he needs as this woman has gotten under his skin and he wants to make this pink haired pixie his.
The sexual tension and confrontation between these two each time they meet is hot, fast, explosive and full of steamy moments. Every step Quiver takes, Hart is one step ahead of her until finally she has no choice when she is caught by him and his brothers as they know what she stole. The confrontation between them is aggressive as Quiver has no choice but to tell him her brother has what he wants. Hart informs her that her brother Mack Valentine is not who he says he is and is keeping things from her, in order to save him she gives him up to Hart. Quiver knowing she can no longer due this on her own after fighting with her brother she realizes Hart was right about her brother when he turns on her. With one last attempt with the love she is now feeling for Hart, she decides to confront him about who she is and about the diamond and begs Hart to help her. Finally Hart shows Quiver what is means to be his and the interaction between them is intense, passionate and full of heat as they finally come together as one.
This was a fast paced sexy story with many twists and turns, Quiver's introduction to Bulldog who is the President of the RBMC along with Hart's brothers. When Bulldog tells her that they know about her past and the man who destroyed her family by taking everything from them will find that she is embraced by the club as one of their own. Hart and Quiver along with the RBMC and help from other chapters, have put a plan into place, will they be able to take this man down and retrieve the diamond or will it be lost forever? You will be on edge from beginning to end with an outcome you won't see coming as you take this passionate journey just in time for Valentine's Day with this charismatic couple, one that will blow your mind. Now we have to wait for the next story with a war brewing with the Bloody Scorpions.

This book is part of the Royal Bastards MC collection. This book is a novella for New Orleans chapter. Hart is Sergeant at Arms for his club. The club is moving something for a client. When they are attacked. Quiver Valentine doesn’t want to hurt the club just stop them from moving the item. She wants it back. There is more going on than the club knows. Hart knows who was behind the issue with the run but for some reason he doesn’t tell his club about Quiver. She gets under his skin and he doesn’t know why. He has had a bad feeling about their client for a while. Will she be able to get what she wants on her own or will she cave and tell Hart about it. How will the club take the news about their client and Quivers part in everything? This was a quick read. I enjoyed reading about this chapter and its characters again. I love this chapter and can’t wait to read more about them in the future. Crimson is a fantastic author. Great job lady.

I absolutely loved this book. It hit me on all levels. It’s emotional, action packed, has an alpha male for a main character and a Kick Butt female in the main role. Oh and lets not forget it’s got secondary characters that are beyond great as well (some we know and others we meet). The storyline is thrilling with edge of your seat kind of excitement as well as hot steamy enemy to lovers romance.
I love how the author takes us back and lets us meet up with the old RB members as well as the new. This is a must read in an outstanding Must Read series. If you haven’t started them yet, you need to jump on board ASAP, you won’t regret it. I can’t wait for more from the New Orleans Chapter of the RBMC both the old and the current members.

Jacob Hart is the SAA of the RBMC and during a job a very sultry thief crosses his path and he will do anything, including breaking his own rules to get his hands on her.
Quiver wants to get back the Quivering Heart, a pink diamond that belonged to her family for generations and was stolen by her father’s right-hand man. For this she has the help of her brother Mack and together they start spying on the RB to see if they can lead them to Langston and the diamond.
Hart and Quiver play cat and mouse while the sexual tension between them grows more and more. There are many sex scenes between them in the book.
The character that really spark my curiosity is Mack and the Castle.
Quiver wants to get back the Quivering Heart, a pink diamond that belonged to her family for generations and was stolen by her father’s right-hand man. For this she has the help of her brother Mack and together they start spying on the RB to see if they can lead them to Langston and the diamond.
Hart and Quiver play cat and mouse while the sexual tension between them grows more and more. There are many sex scenes between them in the book.

The chemistry between Jacob and Quiver is off the charts and he know that there's so much more at play than what first appears. They clash at every turn and it's almost like foreplay.
But she realises that he could help her, so she swallows her pride and asks him and his brothers for help. Twists and turns that kept my blood pumping and a connection that made my heart sigh!

This is quite the game of cat and mouse with these two. Add in all their heat, and it became a really hot game of cat and mouse. Quiver is trying to get back a family jewel from the RBMC, and I think she definitely met her match with Jacob Hart. Even though these two are on different sides, they can’t stay away from each other.
Safe read. With a hot af couple, that can’t keep away from each other, even though they should. Good storyline, with a little suspense. Mack Valentine??? Need more on him for sure. Epilogues and a hea.

Great book
Early start behind the Royal Bastards MC, with this crew you get an interesting assortment of bad boys. This rag tag bunch of misfits are guarding something, but a cat burglar, who rides a bike knows more about what's going on than they suspect. This pixie has plenty going on and is feisty and sassy enough to bring it and get what she wants in the end, but does she really want the prize or is she interested in something or someone else. This book keeps your interest beginning to end, well worth your time to read.

Jacob and Quiver are perfect together! Another riveting story about the Royal Bastards MC. It is a quick read but that does not mean it is easy. Jacob is the Sargent at Arms for the club and will do whatever it takes to protect his MC family. Quiver has her own agenda and will plow down anyone who gets in her way. Too bad the dirtiest talking, alpha she is ever met has her on his radar. These two are explosive and not just in private. I love that we go back in time to find out their story. Perfect for Valentine’s, or anytime. Filled with action, suspense, danger, and sensual moments.

Hart gets run off the road during a job. Didn't know it was a woman on a bike until after he gets cuff on him and in a holding cell. He determined to find out who she is and why she mess up the job.
Quiver after her life is turn upside down she calls on her brother who she hadn't seen in ten years to help her. To get back the diamond that was stolen. Little did she know the royal bastards was hired to move Said diamond and Hart as his eyes set on her.
Can't wait for the next one.

Quiver wanted revenge for her family..Jacob was supposed to ride protection for a job. When they met it was explosive. She was the only woman to keep his intrest. He made her feel things she never had before. They start out on oppisite sides but she needs his help. Can she trust him? Can he trust her? Can they get back what truly belongs to her? This book is full of heat,passion, romance with drama,suspence ,intrigue all thrown in.Great read.Crimson never disappoints.

These two are so similar you can't help, but cheer them on as they finally give into one another and get their happily ever after. The twists, turns and truths are revealed making this one story you do not want to miss. I can't wait to read Siege story.

I'm confused, mainly because of h being a Hart and in the RBMC, the other Hart I know of is with Gamble the female MC Prez that was once the Baltmore chapter and now known as Knights of Retribution MC.
Anyway I still enjoyed the story, a diamond that someone wanted, revenge and mystery, and loved how Hart protected Quiver from the guys even though he knew it could cause problems for himself.
Definitely worth a read.
Anyway I still enjoyed the story, a diamond that someone wanted, revenge and mystery, and loved how Hart protected Quiver from the guys even though he knew it could cause problems for himself.
Definitely worth a read.

She has every rt 2 fight 4 her family after everything she lost cause of fucking asshole and needs a major ass kicking!! She has her pride just like men do but I don't understand what the deal is with her brother. When she finally breaks down her who 2 ask 4 help will she get it in x and find out a few truths along the way? The one interesting thing 4 her is she did find her heart in more than 1 place at a x.

4 1/2 stars. I enjoyed this story. Quiver/Pixie was such a determined woman, loyal to her family, willing to do whatever it took to right the wrongs done to her family. Hart felt the connection right away and went out of his way to keep her a secret from his MC until he had no choice. The heat level between them was hot, hot, hot. I loved how they teased each other as they came to trust and cooperate together. It was one wicked ride with a worthwhile HEA.

This is one action packed short story and a great addition to the RBMC. Crimson Syn always gives us great stories and this one is no different. Hart and Quiver have such explosive chemistry together. She’s looking for revenge. He’s on protection detail. What will happen when these two come together?

Jacob Hart the big bad biker falls flat on his face for a little pink haired thief🤣🤣🤣I live for this type of reactions from Jacob, both of them are stubborn and stalking each other, it was cute and adorable at the same time. Quiver and Hart are the definition of it’s complicated. They ride the fine line between love and hate full throttle without weighing the consequences. This fast paced quick read is filled with secrets, lies, and betrayal. Their quick wit and and explosive chemistry will have you kicking back to watch the show.

The rating was low because I felt that there were too many spelling mistakes. Too many missed words as if the writer was rushing to get the story finished. Concept of the story was good though. Characters were okay, didn't feel excitement at reading this book like I do with most of the RBMC series 😒

I loved how strong Quiver is and how she never backs down. Jacob is a perfect force of nature. The combination of Quiver and Jacob are sizzling hot. Great story and amazing characters. I definitely want more form Crimson Syn and the Royal Bastards MC: New Orleans!!!!

OMG, this book. This book grabbed me and I had to finish it in one sitting as I could not put it down. It moves along at a comfortable pace, has characters that you will fall in love with and a story that will not disappoint. This book has to be read, no doubt at all about it.

A fantastic, fast paced story. Quiver and Hart are two very different but similar people. It's like a cat and mouse game when they meet. There's nothing that really gets past these two. You'll get a little bit of action, some suspense, and a slight twist or two.

Quivering Heart is a short but action packed story in the RBMC series. Quiver and Hart have a sort of Cat and Mouse game with each other until new players enters the game. This book was so good and I can't wait to read more.
