A portable, readable NRSV with Apocrypha with an exquisite purple goatskin cover and sprinkled page edges
The NRSV Personal Size Large Print Bible with Apocrypha Premier Collection Bible brings readability and portability together in one beautiful, sophisticated package. Featuring a generous print size and the exclusive Zondervan NRSV Comfort Print® typeface, this exquisite purple goatskin bound Bible with sprinkled page edges provides a clear, smooth reading experience in a handy size.
The Apocrypha is placed between Old and New Testaments, a nearly four-hundred-year-old tradition originating with the 1534 German Luther Bible. This practice separates the Apocrypha from the 66-book canon while allowing readers to benefit from its spiritual wisdom, exemplary piety, and historical insight.
Renowned for its beautiful balance of scholarship and readability, the NRSV faithfully serves the church in personal spiritual formation, in the liturgy, and in the academy. The foremost Bible translation vetted by Protestant, Catholic, Orthodox, Evangelical, and Jewish scholars invites readers to deeply explore Scripture.

Although it shouldn’t pluralize all the sentences it does, I like it a lot. It’s the ESV without all the politics. The only agenda here is Holy Scripture for use of the English-speaking Church worldwide and not American politics.
