Hennie and Tate don't have an easy go of their relationship. There are lies and deception that causes hurt and feelings of being untrustworthy. I thought this was a nice read and an interesting premise and characters. The story had drama but didn't feel overly angsty. This was my first book from this author so I wasn't sure what to expect, but I enjoyed reading it.

This was my first read from this author. It was an enjoyable read with interesting characters. The writing was fluid and well paced holding your attention from beginning to end.
Hennie and Tate were highschool sweethearts. Tate loved her so much that to give her the chance to fulfil her dream he lied breaking her heart and his.
