This is a great children's story looking at rules. What I enjoyed most, however, was in the end how even though Jonno no longer wanted to be Rocky's friend, because of his defiant behavior, Jonno realizes at the end that Rocky, now in real trouble and being looked upon with shame, is now really going to need a friend. What a great ending; what a wonderful conversation piece this can spark with children about how we judge other people, in particular their characters.
