What a wild ride this story was and I loved every bit of it! I was hooked from the start and stayed that way until the very last page and boy was the end a beauty. I literally couldn’t put this book down!
After the trauma that happened to Karma and Lindsey I was dying to know what happened and I can assure you these authors don’t leave you hanging for long, phew! One would think that nothing else could happen to these two but that assumption would be wrong! 🤐 My lips are zipped though. 😂 I can say it was great getting to know both characters more intimately through the story being told from both their points of view. I did want to shake them both at various times but that just shows how embedded in the story you become as a reader.
Some absolutely hilarious humour was sprinkled throughout the story, especially the ‘Harry’ humour. 🤣 It is mixed in with a lockdown and other serious stuff, so provides some great light relief. There certainly is a hefty dose of darkness that is extremely suspenseful and has you guessing about who then how it could be solved. I can see it won’t be the end though... bring it on!
I loved the epilogue, what an unusual and unexpected ending but oh so intriguing and makes it a must read for book 5, Dark Destiny!

My one issue with this series is that it’s so long in between books. And then I have to try to remember how it was left off in the previous book ☹
Anyway… I remember in the previous book when Lindsey and Karma were both shot and Karma had the worse injury. But what Lindsey suffered I think was even worse. These two had so much pain and issues to resolve before they could be together. Trying to make it work and not resolving it was just doomed.
But in the end I liked that Karma admitted he messed up and he worked on himself before he went to Lindsey and tried to make it work with her. And add in an old enemy trying to take the club down makes for lots of drama and action to boot. I am looking forward to Stone Face’s story, I just hope its not a long wait 😊 ♥

Finally, we get to read Karma and Lindsey’s story❣️So much going on in this book but we are always guaranteed action and a happy ending by these authors😍 A not to be missed addition to this series and I can’t wait to find out more about Stone Face in the next book...😳

Karma and Lindsey feel like they have lost everything but if they are not careful, they will.
This book is great. These two have been through he** and back. True love has to prevail. These two need it more than anyone. Excellent writing.

I was ecstatic when this book hit my e-reader. I love it when these two authors create the next book in this series – it’s going to be a great ride. But you may want to skip their Dedication. There’s a slight hint about the ending – I know, you’re going to look anyway.
Lindsey starts us off with lots of heat. But then it gets very real and it may be a shock to the system. Karma is trying to control the train wreck that may be coming. Wondering what that outcome may be is what makes this a page-turner. It certainly has a sense of realism and you will have no trouble having scenes play out in your head.
The authors were good in creating a character you will want to give comfort to. It may get a little emotional so having tissue close at hand might be a good idea. Karma may need a good swift kick and you can go ahead and do that while I stand far off on the sidelines. We get a lot of secondary characters here and I almost felt like I had to go back and read the first three books since it’s been a while since I last read book three of the series.
I think you would be ok if you wanted to start the series here but some of the cast of characters start off from book one. It will only take you a few hours per book so you could have a read-a-thon in order to play catch up. This is more than a romantic mc read. We have some mystery, some action, and some suspense that helps to carry things along. Our authors never disappoint and that certainly was the case here. Hint of book five is seen and I can’t wait.

Dark Desires (Black Hood MC # 4) by Avelyn Paige, Geri Glen. I was excited when this book was offered because I have really enjoyed this series and I was looking forward to the next saga in the MC. I did however have to go back and look at the characters of Lindsey and Karma since it had been awhile since I had read about them. Once I reread what had happened to them I was all set to go. After what had happened to Lindsey and Karma in the previous book they are trying to piece their life back together after the terrible aftermath of their encounter with Henry. Theirs is a story of hurt, pain, emotional and physical struggles. Each needs the other but wounds are deep and to make matters worse the MC is struggling too. A real emotional read with the usual MC struggles. Something is always going on. It seems to get to true love, misery and heartache have to come first. Really enjoyed Lindsey and Karma. Catching up with the gang from the previous books is always a treat. I laughed, I cried, I wanted to wring a neck or two. The ending had me not only laughing but a little perplexed. Definitely wondering what the authors are planning on doing with the next member of the Black Hood MC. Really looking forward to also seeing what will happen with the other characters. A 4 star read for me.

Dark Desires takes us on one hell of an emotional ride with Karma and Lindsey. These two have been through the worst pain of all and from the very first page, you feel their pain soul deep, it's raw and heart wrenching. As these two heal both physically and mentally, their relationship is strained and recovery might not be possible. With the MC dramas we are also offered some lighter moments to balance out the heartbreaking issues. You get pulled into the darkness and kept on the edge of your seat with Dark Desires. As guilt takes hold of Karma he will push everyone away that means something to him and this might just be the end of everything as he spirals down hill. An intense, soul-stirring story that grips hard and has you holding your breath. The epilogue brings us round full circle leaving you with a huge smile on your face and looking forward to the next installment of Black Hoods MC.

Once again authors Avelyn Paige & Geri Glenn do not disappoint! Dark Desires is the fourth book in the Black Hoods MC and picks up with the emotional continuation of Karma & Lindsey’s story. In the aftermath of a devastating loss, we find both Lindsey & Karma both struggling to put their lives back together. The path forward seems bleak with dreams shattered & hope lost. Karma is so full of guilt & self loathing that everything he does pushes Lindsey farther and farther away until she breaks and decides to move away. She believes that leaving will give Karma the space he needs to save himself and allow herself to do the same. At the same time Karma & Lindsey are going through their issues the MC has its own worries including multiple attacks on their garage from an unknown threat. But in order to learn whether or not Lindsey & Karma find their way back to each other and how the MC deals with this new threat you’ll have to read their story first which I highly recommend! Oh & heads up at the end we get an intriguing glimpse into the fifth book in this great series and I for one can’t wait to see what happens next!

Great addition to the series. The two Authors have once again given readers a great storyline with characters you can’t help but root for. Characters that will break your heart at times and st others have you grinning like a loon.
As we know from the prior book, Karma and Lyndsey were involved in a shooting that almost cost them their lives. The book picks up as these two try to piece their relationship as well as those body and minds back together. But for Karna that is easier said than done. He has become so full of guilt and self loathing that he’s pushing everyone away and all but destroying everything he holds dear. Can he turn his life around before it’s too late or will he sink further down the rabbit hole?
Awesome read and this reader can’t wait to see what’s next for the Black Hoods MC.

This book continues with Karma and Lindsey’s story; the aftermath of the last battle, leaving me on a cliff hanger. There are a lot of things going on with the Black Hoods MC. Everyday problems, losing club members and a new threat. It’s all very exciting and I just kept waiting for the next bomb to explode in their lives. This is a riveting read that kept my attention throughout.
Karma and Lindsey have a lot of emotions and struggles to overcome and, for Karma, of getting back to full health. They have the implications of all they lost before and it’s so much that it is enough to break them. The heartache is not dealt with and this puts a huge wedge in their lives.
The story is fast-paced and exciting.

Train wreck of emotions omg I don't even know where to begin. Karma and Lindsey's story grab me emotionally from the very beginning and didn't let go until the very end, even though I can honestly say I wasn't ready for their story to end. I connected with Lindsey and the loss both her and Karma suffered. There were so many moment I wasn't sure how their story would end, but I'm so happy it end the way I hoped it would.
Stone Face is truly a man of mystery and after that epilogue I can't wait to read his story.
Congratulations Avelyn and Geri this series has been amazing so far and I'm ready for more.

This book is about Karma and Lindsey and their journey of healing and trying to work toward coming back together. An old enemy comes back, do the club is dealing with that in this book. It had me so emotional reading their story. Seriously this was a tearjerker. I couldn’t put it down once I started. I just had to finish it. This book is so good, I highly recommend it. My only complaint is that it wasn’t longer. I didn’t want it to end. I wanted more. So when is the next book???

This series is so good and this latest addition isn't an exception. I love this book. Even though Lindsey and Karmas story is so heartbreaking it seems they still seek each other out. They've both been through so much and neither of them are sure how to fix it. Just when they think they have it figured out trouble comes for the club and it puts everyone in danger. Lindsey takes a leave from work to come home for a bit so who knows, this visit may be just what she and Karma need to work out their own stuff. Another excellent read.

This story will put your emotions through the ringer and leave you with a hangover of epic proportions. Lindsay has always been off-limits because her uncle (technically he raised her like a father) is the Prez of the Black Hood MC. She has always had her sights set on Karma and when she’s finally legal she turned it up a notch to entice him. He goes against his president’s wishes and starts a relationship with Lindsey, then it goes horribly wrong. Can they find their way back to each other? Will their passion and chemistry fizzle out when tragedy strikes? I can’t wait for the next installment of this gripping series!!

Black Hoods MC are back! Yes I have read the others in the series so I knew going in, this book is going to be emotional and messy. Guess what? I was right. This book comes out throwing us into the deep end. Bad stuff happened to our couple Karma and Lindsey. My heart broke for them and I am ticked off as well. They are struggling from page one of this story. WHAT?!

I really enjoyed all the emotion in this book right from the beginning it was a real tear jerker. good characters and storylines I still consider this to be mc light but they really upped the action this time around on the tail end and that I really liked! while a standalone its best to read the previous books first so you get a good sense of all the characters and stories. overall worth the read!

I think this book broke me a little. Karma and Lindsay have been through so much and instead of bringing them closer, it appears to be tearing them apart. And that broke my heart!
This was 0-60 on the emotions and it did not stop. I love this writing duo!! And I cannot wait for more. That ending!!! And yes, I have pre-ordered the next book before I started this review!!

Wow! Great addition to the series!
Karma & Lidnesy’s story is one I’ve been waiting to read. There’s a lot of action going on and you want to make sure you have nothing else found on bc if you’re like me you won’t want to put this book down.

I’m am absolutely loving this series, this time we have Karma and Lindsey story. A tragedy has rock them but when neither can see an end to how there feeling what else can you do but put yourself first. What follows is an exciting full action packed story. Then they give you just enough of an ending to keep you so intrigued you want the next book now. Black Hoods MC is a great biker series.

This was a hard book to read because of what is going on. But it makes you want to know more. I couldn't put book down.
I loved Karma and Lindsey together, they had to fight their way back to each other. They needed to break to be able to mend what happened between them.
